Needs better disabled facilities
Pros:

It was in bradford.

Cons:

The doorways were not wide enough for a bariatric wheelchair to go through, i kept on getting stuck everywhere and i mean near enough everywhere. The lift has a real urgency to close on you, as the lift is also small and tight it is very hard to get a wheelchair through without being a precision pilot so the lifts have closed on me a number of times and have hurt me because they close a few seconds after opening which im not happy with and also the wet room in the accessable room is disgusting as it just collects water after your shower but does not drain it properly, so any other time you need the bathroom your physically "wading through the water".

It catered for our dog to stay with his own bed and bowl which was a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable.

The toilet hasn't been cleaned particularly well.

Pleasant stay at Cedar court 👍🏽
Pros:

Friendly staff at front of hotel. Smooth check-in service. Clean rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast not that great 👎🏼
Bacon was hard, sausages had no taste, beans were cold! And I found a hair in my poached egg 😱

Pros:

parking, bed and living room furniture

Cons:

No AIRCON, for these prices it's a must, beds, mattress and bathrooms in the non refurbished side, still very dated and old

Pros:

Easy to find, good access to town centre. Spacious entrance, clean venue
Room clean, bathroom large enough, plenty of towels available
Quiet space even though close to busy road
Small charge for carpark compared with some inner city hotels

Cons:

Had booked double bedded space, but bed was twins pushed together & was not comfortable enough to move between them easily. Another customer ahead of me had asked about changing from twin beds to double & informed by staff so none available, so new not option to move to alternative room

Pros:

This is a lovely hotel, all the staff were fantastic. I explained my situation to staff member on the desk called Zee that we had been scammed by another property on booking.com and needed somewhere to accommodate us and our 2 dogs,, she was so helpful.
Zee represented the hotel in the best way possible, she gave clear instruction on how to get the right room, on parking, on extra charges for the dogs. All the staff have been fantastic.
I work as a special adviser to a board of directors and I were to give instruction to promote a person I would have Zee in management today.. What a fantastic example of an employee!!!!

Cons:

Charges for dogs are a bit excessive but I understand it..

Still one of my favourites
Pros:

Very glamorous from the outside and in the lobby. Large comfortable room with stylish decor. Bath and hot shower available. Big Smart TV. Ambient lighting.

Cons:

The room was a bit shabbier this time. Very expensive food. 11am checkout on a Sunday morning. Horrible chip in the bath meant I didn't use bath. Paint chipped in several places in room. Far from anywhere and a nightmare round 4-lane ring roads if you miss turning.

Nice big hotel lovely staff great rooms
Pros:

Great hotel lovely staff welcomed out and great room nice size very modern and comfortable bed nice big room nice big bathroom and the COMFORT facilities where we had the charity bowl was absolutely perfect nice big bar area and also outside area and generally the staff were on till nearly 3 am helping and serving drinks really good and massive car park Safe parking and many Disabled pays

Cons:

Nothing ready to do with the hotel just the entrance as you have to go off the M62 and then it’s a bit of a minefield maze trying to get crossover and I got lost and I think many people do so I spent more time trying to get back to the hotel being led by a satnav I didn’t know where it was going but that’s nothing to do with the hotel that’s just bad directions and a bit of an awkward entrance How it works but once I was on the right side of the road it was very easy to get into the property and a great

Pleasurable and relaxing.
Pros:

The room, food and staff were excellent. We paid for an evening meal in the hotel restaurant which was delicious and had many choices available on the menu. It also catered well for dietary requirements as I have a milk allergy.

Cons:

The price of the food was expensive but we did enjoy the food and ate every scrap!
