The location was good and the room was clean
No AC in room and the toilet was low and leaned to oneside.
There was only 1 hand towel in room
Clean, staff very friendly and the gym facility was great for a hotel.
Having to pay for parking is terrible and just a money making scheme.

Unfortunately the visit left a bad taste. There was a mix up and the staff were not accommodating at all, even after several calls and assurances that the issue would be resolved… I had to leave my event early to sort out the issue and as such did not enjoy my stay or the event I went to Bradford for.
I will not be staying there again despite having a good first impression.

For me personally was only basic Menu for dinner
We ordered a grab & go breakfast as had to leave at 6 am. We checked out but there was no record of us requesting breakfast. (I handed a form to the receptionist at 8 pm the evening before and explained and he said it wouldn’t be a problem). I ordered a bacon sandwich, a pastry and 2 coffees. The lad on reception offered to get us something else instead so I said 2 coffees a two croissants will do. He came back with 2 decaf coffees and 3 miniature cupcakes which were awful. We were in a rush so didn’t have time to wait any longer….poor service and unprofessional staff (clearly not usual receptionists).

Superior room was amazing. Sofa, dining table and chairs, great working desk and wonderful coffee making machine. Bed was so comfy and loads of pillows.
Shower drain was blocked so a flooded bathroom when showered but reported to reception and the matter would be dealt with. Shower was amazing and just what you need to wake up with!

The hotel interior was very nice
The bathrooms was not good as the glass mirror that was on the bath was throwing water out underneath the glass as there was a gap which made the whole bathroom floor fully wet and very slippery they did not have any shower mats in the bath which made a bit difficult to take a shower because the feet keeps slipping out of the place and it was 32° on that day and the funds that what they provided in the room already were full of dust and be uploading pictures of the dusty fan. I had to clean the fun myself. I was absolutely disgusted by this knowing the fact that it is hot and people will be using fun on a night. They should’ve cleaned the funds up or even checked on them. It was full of dust disgusting no words.
