Staff all lovely but bar under staffed…
We returned from match at 940 to be told you cannot get food in the hotel after 9pm.. there were 60 people all hungry and a few ordering food to be delivered…

This Hotel is a great location just off the Motorway.
The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable.The staff we came across were friendly and helpful
The only thing I didn't like was that at breakfast there was only prunes and no other fruit.

Paying for parking. Room wasnt the best. Was put in a disabled room. Not sure why.
The property was bigger and more modern than we expected, our junior suite was lovely and very well appointed. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The parking arrangement is poor for a hotel, I’ve never known anything like it. Upon checking in you are directed to a touch screen where you have to add your car and pay an extra £4, more like a shopping centre than a hotel. Then to add to this the parking provider sent a letter and a £60 parking notice saying we hadn’t paid for parking. When I went to appeal and added my details it then said the parking notice had been withdrawn but no letter apologising I had to find this out by starting an appeal. I don’t expect going to stay in a nice hotel ending in a bogus parking fine that then gets withdrawn without KMA or anything. I would suggest you absorb the parking cost into the overall tariff these types of extras never work and the hotels reputation is guilty by association so it’s not something that can be put down to ‘this is managed by a third party’.
Breakfast choice and quality good.
Location suitable for visiting Bradford and nearby towns. On the edge of main road junctions so not the sort of area to explore on foot.

The gym, though I didn’t get to use it.
My room smelt of smoke and there were only enough towels for 1 person. Also I came downstairs for a coffee way before check out time and when I returned to my room the key wouldn’t work.
