Excellent services.
Pros:

Very clean and staff are friendly.

Cons:

The facilities were limited like no gym and the foods and drinks are limited. I have to suggest to the manager to add salads for foreign visitors. A bit expensive .

The immaculately maintained rooms with the softest and most comfortable beds. The ridiculously large bathrooms, the scrumptious breakfast, the quiet spaces and the hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants. The ambiance, from decór to lighting to scent was thoughtfully designed to create an atmosphere of harmony and quality. Very high standard, as expected of a Manny Villar property. The entire hotel just fell right to our taste.

Thank you for an amazing 5-night stay! We will definitely come back.

Cons:

The late check-out fee of five thousand was a bit over the edge. Made me think, so this is what highway robbery looks like with a receipt. 😳

Would not stay again. 4 star rated but 2 star value
Pros:

Restrant menu had 50% of items not available. Watress had little interest in our food order follow-up. Shower was very slow even called front desk and engineering didn't know what to do. Soap provided in shower was 2 little 2oz bottle no seals and not enough to shower. No wash cloths provide not even when requested. No locks on door to prevent master/maid key entry why'll in the room. Windows leaks noise from busy hyway below, very hard to sleep.

Cons:

Bed was comfy, air-conditioning works well. Location was close to the mall. Checking in was fast and easy.

Disappointed! Lovely decor but service staff was lacking . Would never recommend this place , had multiple problems .

Great restaurants. Offered variety of cuisines

Cons:

Firstly , they were under going maintenance in the lift . Hammering started at 8am and then drilling . I had zero sleep for 2 days . I cancelled my third night stay due to this problem.
Secondly. Lack of staff, no valet , bar closes at 10pm including restaurants, there was basically no atmosphere.
Service was very very SLOW!
Bathroom shower was flooding , dead spider near the toilet .
Had to change rooms , the deluxe king room was close to the highway - noisy traffic through the evening and had zero sleep !
The cafe attached to hotel was also below average. They don’t offer any kind of milk except full fat .

Very comfortable bed. Excellent ambiance. Well trained staff. Smells very nice. Very beautiful hotel. Very spacious room.

Cons:

Needs to improve and add more good food choices.
The shower is not perfect, little water comes out, and the water drains very slow.

Apart from the renovation’s that were taking place it was a pleasant.
