Cons:

Expérience décevante. Pris de court à Bali, j’ai réservé cet établissement en urgence pour éviter de me retrouver dehors. Dés qu'une solution ai été trouvé (le lendemain), j’ai immédiatement contacté l’établissement (WhatsApp + email) pour les prévenir, présenter mes excuses et demander un geste commercial, ne serait-ce qu’un remboursement partiel. Résultat : silence total sur WhatsApp, aucune compassion, aucune réponse constructive par mail. J’ai donc payé intégralement pour un service dont je n’ai pas profité, malgré ma réactivité et ma bonne foi.
Un établissement sans aucune considération client, uniquement intéressé par l’encaissement. À fuir si vous cherchez un minimum de respect et de professionnalisme.

So much better than I expected
Pros:

Wow such a great experience! This is a real Bali Homestay that are hard to find these days. The family takes such good care of you. Wonderful people in a welcoming environment. The rooms are modern and clean with a strong shower and good linen. The area itself is lovely. Good surfing at Yeh Gangga. Beach and rice field motorbike rides were fun.

I will be back as soon as I can.

Humble yet special guesthouse run by a beautiful, pure-hearted family <3
Pros:

Nila and her family welcome you like you’re part of the family. Such sweet people - their hospitality made me wish I could stay there longer. This is the real Bali.

Cons:

There were no staff on arrival and it was pouring down with rain but I didn’t tell them what time I was coming. I recommend making contact with them well ahead of time so that they know what time you will arrive. The number you are given on booking.com is not their direct number and is not very responsive. Ask them for Nila’s direct number when you book! She is quick to respond and very hospitable!

Nia est exceptionnel elle est adorable , au petit soins pour ces convive serviable et très jolie cadre
Nous avons apprécier le lieu.

Cons:

Petit bémol pas d’eau chaude, et manque de propreté . Mais nia est elle tellement adorable qu’on y resterai quand même !!!

Great value for money in quiet area.
Pros:

The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable, with a good aircon system. The area was very quiet and the hosts were lovely!

Cons:

There wasn't much to find fault with. The room could do with a lamp on the bedside table and the bathroom could have done with a bigger mirror, but other than that it was fine for my purpose.

Very nice room, clean, newly renovated. Comfortable bed, hot water and a little kitchen annex. Lovely garden outside, quiet, surrounded by rice fields. Very helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

Staff were lovely, but rooms face what seems to be a staff area, so they were very present just outside throughout the day. Felt a bit watched at times, but overall still a nice stay

Excellent value for money. Quiet, I finally got enough sleep. The room is clean and tidy. A large room. In the center of the vast rice terraces, an ideal location for exploring the area. If I visit this region again, I will definitely stay here. The owner is absolutely charming and charismatic lady
