Notre séjour s’est finalement bien terminé mais je déplore le manque de communication entre Booking et les hôtels car c’

L’employé à la réception était désolé et s’est excusé pour les inconvénients. Il a téléphoné dans un autre hôtel à proximité et nous a trouvé une chambre similaire au même prix même si le tarif était plus élevé.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé arriver et me faire dire que ce que j’ai réservé avec Booking n’est pas disponible malgré le fait que j’ai reçu la confirmation de ma réservation et que j’ai envoyé un message la veille pour dire vers quelle heure j’arriverais

Personal agradable supo ayudar y resolver cualquier inconveniente.

Cons:

La habitación de la primera noche no nos permitió descansar , debido a que se escuchaba muy fuerte el ruido de la maquina de agua y no dejaba descansar. Afortunadamente Gilbert nos ayudó cambiando nos a otra para poder mejorar nuestra experiencia.
