Me gustó el personal del hotel, sobre todo el encargado, su paciencia y su disposicion en la atención a los clientes. También me gustó los colchones. También estuvo correcto el desayuno
Alguna de sus instalaciones necesitan pequeñas reparaciones y algo de mantenimiento, alguna luz sin foco, alguna que otra tubería que pierde pequeñas gotita de agua, cuesta un poco abrir los ventanales de al menos las dos habitaciones que nosotros ocupamos

El personal es amable y atento, pero deben mejorar el tema de estar más atentos a la calidad de servicio que brindan!
El hotel necesita mantenimiento, las baldosas de la habitación estaban rotas, no había suficientes toallas, nuestro baño estaba taponado antes de usarlo y el hotel no se ve como las fotos, en una habitación grande, el aire acondicionado NO enfría lo suficiente. Las sábanas estaban manchadas y el sofá, super sucio, no había shampooi y jabón suficiente, debimos comprar ambas cosas. Debe hacerse un mantenimiento y mejoras URGENTE!!!
El sector es perfecto para movilizarnos de manera adecuada a pie por comida o necesidades varias
