Lovely modern and well equipped apartment in a great location.
Pros:

A lovely, modern apartment in a great location in the old town - about a 10 min stroll to Ledras Street. Check-in was remote via a key code, but there was also a very friendly and helpful lady on site who directed me to the nearby (free) parking lot. Apartment was well equipped, with kettle, coffee maker and fridge, and very clean and comfortable. Very good WiFi too.

Cons:

Only one (very minor!) point - the room was a little small - but hey, this is a city centre apartment so more or less expected. Everything else was just great.

I had a lovely stay at Martin City Suites which could not be better located in the old city of Nicosia.
Pros:

The location is unbeatable. And the room was comfortable.

It was quite small, though correct as advertised. So not really complaining.

Tutto! La struttura è moderna e la posizione è strategica, vicinissima alla via principale di Nicosia e al check-point. Il personale si è distinto per la grande gentilezza. I punti forti del nostro soggiorno sono stati senza dubbio il letto (comodissimo!), il parcheggio privato a noi riservato, che si è rivelato utilissimo, e una bellissima coccola: il caffè in camera era davvero di ottima qualità.

Cons:

La stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato era un pochino piccola, ma era talmente accogliente, pulita e ben fornita che le dimensioni non hanno minimamente influito in negativo sul nostro soggiorno. Non cambierei nulla!

Pros:

L’emplacement dans la vieille ville. Nous nous déplacions en bus à cause de la conduite à gauche et il était proche de la gare des bus.
La présence d’une machine à café (compliquée à utiliser) avec des dosettes et du sucre.

Cons:

L’adresse n’est pas tout à fait exacte. L’immeuble est bien à l’adresse indiquée mais son entrée est sur la rue à droite, cela devrait être indiqué dans l’annonce. Heureusement, que des passants nous ont renseignés.
Pour manger des tartines au petit déjeuner, j’avais rapporté le soir 2 tranches de pain du restaurant et le matin elles étaient couvertes de fourmis

Pros:

- Tolle Lage
- Kostenfreies Parken in einer Parkgarage ganz in der Nähe
- Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
- Adapter wurde zur Verfügung gestellt
- Kühlschrank vorhanden

Cons:

- Zimmer sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht okay
- Notausgangszeichen im Zimmer leuchtet nachts
- Muezzin aus der Moschee in der Nähe kann sehr früh morgens laut sein

Uitstekend hotel in hartje Nicosia
Pros:

Tijdens onze 18daagse trip door Cyprus hebben we twee nachten in dit hotel geslapen om Nicosia te ontdekken. De huurauto konden we vlakbij parkeren (betaald) en hebben we niet meer gebruikt. Alles konden we lopend doen en Nicosia is een leuk stadje om twee nachtjes te zitten. Het hotel is brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Kamer is niet groot, maar groot genoeg en heel sfeervol ingericht. Ook koffie en thee op de kamer. Er zijn veel restaurantjes in Nicosia maar Piatsa Gourounaki willen wij graag aanbevelen! Ga je naar Nicosia, boek dan dit hotel, je zult er geen spijt van hebben.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

Beautiful and comfortable suits, FANTASTIC ROOF TERRACE to have breakfast or dinner, and to enjoy the view. Excellent location, a really good restaurant just on the corner. Additionally, the staff really takes good care of you; I forgot my earrings there, and they sent it to me.

Chambre très simple et sympathique dans le vieux quartier. Pratique pour une nuit ou deux pas plus.
Pros:

Excellente localisation dans la vieille ville. Petite chambre, très propre, avec une immense (et complètement inutile) télévision (??) mais pas de meubles hormis une petite table basse et un frigo; une salle d'eau un peu étroite, fonctionnelle. Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel à proprement parler mais d'hébergements disponibles dans un même immeuble, dont la concierge est fort sympathique. Accessible par ascenseur. Clim efficace

Cons:

Equipement assez sommaire, il n'est pas possible d'y travailler, faute d'une table ou de chaise. Pas d'armoire non plus. C'est assez petit, et très bruyant certains soirs de week-end, du fait de la proximité d'un bar très fréquenté.
