Pros:

1. Fan with remote.

Cons:

1. Power point located only one place. It is inconvenience to charge mobile and laptop.
2. After taking the room key for the tripper, the power in the room completely cuts off and it becomes completely dark. They have to set buffer time to cut off the power to the room.
3. The water drain of the bathroom is located at the entrance of the bathroom door. Poor design.
4. No tissue provided.
5. The TV is not working properly.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, furnished with a sofa set, and kept neat and clean. The only issue was that the hot water arrangement was not functional on that particular day.

Cons:

The hotel did not provide any breakfast service. Considering the room tariff being charged, the management should reconsider and make arrangements to include breakfast as well.

Modern stay near Bhanugudi or railway station
Pros:

Good to see condo style or Apartment style hotels in my home town and very near to town railway station. Staff/Owners were very welcoming.

Good convenient stay
Pros:

Needs more improvements. Foam beds are generating slight heat, might require thick cotton bedsheets or cotton comforter to counter the beds heat.
A/c cooling just sufficient 8 on 10 rating.

Did not try using TV, so no comment.

Cons:

Good. No mosquitos during my stay, but lot of potential around.

Pros:

Facilities provided were fine but just for 24 hrs of stay we paid almost 2400/- which is too much in a small town like kakinada. In places like Hyderabad for the same price even more better hotels are available.

Cons:

Pricing issue, also just after 24 hrs they forced us to vacate as fast as possible which is harsh.
