The stay was not what I have expected, the amenities were not enjoyed by my family. The resort mainly the pool was said to be for renovation. Why was they still offering the amenities where in fact it is not usable. The aircondition cannot accommodate the heat condition. Contact number is not provided.
The Pin location is not true. The room has a bad smell. The facility is dirty. I'm sorry but it's more like abandoned place. Please clean your pool and your place. Put more lights on the street on the way to your Location.

Lots of dirt everywhere. Unusable pool due to heavy green mold infection
The location is 10 minute walk to Simala Shrine and near Cafe Malaya.
The place has a lot of potential if maintained properly. It has a scenic view of the mountains however the room is only good for getting some rest.

The pool is not clean, When we arrive at the room it suddenly black out for almost 2 hours.

The pinned location is far from the exact location. We didn't enjoy the adult pool but we were informed ahead so we considered the kiddie pool anyway.
The address they put on their location. Sibonga is far from Alcoy. Don't deceive your guests, it is a BIG NO, NO, AND NO. Customer service via chat no response at all. Just automated response.
