Customer service was slow.
The staff...
Being in a wheelchair those rooms are not meant for us, please say so in your advertisement. I couldn't even pass between the bed the the furniture and couldn't even close the door in the bathroom and for the breakfast please don't ask. First time and last time...so sad that we are put apart!!! We are good travellers...
Les seules choses que j’ai apprécié est l’emplacement et le prix qui était raisonnable.
Contrairement à ma dernière visite, il n’y avait pas grand choix au déjeuner du matin… Dans le passé il y avait minimalememt des œufs et des gaufres ainsi qu’un choix de fruits. Il y avait seulement des fèves au lard comme nourriture chaude…. La personne dans la salle du repas était peu serviable et peu sympathique. La réponse à la réception qu’on nous a donné pour le déjeuner est qu’il était à court de stock….
Deuxièmement, j’avais spécifié dans ma réservation d’avoir une chambre au deuxième étage et à mon arrivée on m’informe qu’on n’a pas vu cette information et on m’a donné une chambre au premier étage…
La chambre était humide malgré l’air climatisé …..alors les draps étaient aussi humide….
Quel dommage!!! Tout cela ne m’a pas procuré une bonne expérience de mon court séjour à cet établissement .
Je ne vais plus réserver une chambre à cet établissement …
Hotel room was denied because the receptionist say that they did not receive the email from booking.com, so they didn't have it in their system. This was the worst experience ever I hd after driving for 7hrs with family. I had to call multiple other hotels desperately to get the hotel room and ultimately got another hotel in higher price. So, I want my money to be refunded in full ASAP.

Front desk not friendly , not providing extra towel for 2 people and didn’t clean the room for 2 day stay
Le petit déjeuner était très limité. Nous avons été déçu et avons mangé ailleurs donc je n'écrirais pas dans l'annonce le petit déjeuner inclus.
L'hôtel est en bon état, propre et le personnel est souriant et serviable.
Le déjeuner est décevant avec une seule option fruit bananes, il manquait des oeufs 2 des 3 jours, pas de viandes ou fromages sauf Philly en cup pour toasts ou bagel. Choix limité et café décevant.
Les lits sont très ferme et ont posé problème pour moi, mais possiblement un choix personnel selon nos habitudes.
El depósito no se devuelve al término de la estadía. Eso no me gustó
La qualité des matelas et la propreté de la chambre.
Que la tuyauterie du lavabo dégoûtait par terre!
