Polite and cooperative staff. Felt very safe with family.

Cons:

The only things need to be improved are the internet and hot water that was not available for one of the nights we stayed. We didn't inform them at the reception about hot water. If we had informed, they might have resolved the problem

One of the best hotels.
Pros:

Spacious Rooms, New and Clean Hotel. Good Location. Very near to Mall Road. Good Breakfast. Nice Staff. Wifi available. One of the best hotels.

Cons:

TV was missing. There was no cable or dish. Wifi was also weak.
