Pros:

The staff were super accomodating and helpful.The breakfast was superb and delicious.I also want to mention that i left my kindle behind after checkout and they rang us after we had left to let us know to come back and pick it up which was super honest of them and i really appreciated it.The hot water was also a big plus

Cons:

After having a shower the water from the bathroom leaked into the room the design hasnt been well thought of or planned.The hotel could have also been cleaner and i had to ask for towels which wasnt a big issue but they should have been there.also no sockets near the bed.

Pros:

Polite and cooperative staff. Felt very safe with family.

Cons:

The only things need to be improved are the internet and hot water that was not available for one of the nights we stayed. We didn't inform them at the reception about hot water. If we had informed, they might have resolved the problem
