Close to everything? In the middle
Of Old Tbilisi, across from the sulphur baths. Not good if you are physically challenged as there are a lot of stairs
Bed was soft but too easily rolled into the middle
It was a fantastic location and we loved our room with a balcony and view. The staff was super helpful and the breakfast was excellent.

It’s a quaint and cosy hotel with very friendly and super helpful staff. Kudos to them! We also liked the location, right next to the bath area in the Old Town. The hotel is a little tucked away, and we really appreciated that it is set back from the road. This meant no exhaust fumes and hardly any street noise.
Breakfast offered good coffee and a nice selection of items, including fresh apples, grapes and bananas. The syrniki were amazing.
There is a nearby bar that played music pretty much all day, from noon until midnight. This might be an issue for noise-sensitive guests, although it was fine for us. We can’t say what it’s like during high season or at weekends, as we stayed from Monday to Thursday in mid-October.
We were a little surprised, that the toilet paper hadn’t been replenished and that the broken toilet paper holder hadn’t been fixed during our stay.
The bed, as other guests mentioned, was also too soft for our liking.

Breakfast was fantastic. Good choice, plenty of food available, easy accessibility of tea and coffee. Served at a good time with good duration. We loved the breakfast.
The room although a little small had everything we needed. Plenty of hooks and surfaces to hang and put things on, well appointed. Very comfortable beds, efficient air Conditioner, good views and a nice little roof terrace to sit outside. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The hotel was in a central location, had a lift so no worries about stairs and was super clean. great value for money, I would happily stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Hotel Khokhobi Old Tbilisi is a stunning and elegant hotel in a very nice location, close to the sulphur baths. The room with the balcony is wonderful.
Lovely hotel right in the heart of the Old Town, with all the main sights within walking distance. My room was comfortable, with a large balcony and a beautiful city view. Really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the syrniki — they were amazing! Super friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Old Town, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The rooms are comfortable, and mine had a large balcony with a beautiful view over the city.
I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the syrniki — they were absolutely amazing! The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.
