Cons:

Personne à la réception , longue attente jusqu'à qu'une femme de ménage passe par là et aille chercher le responsable. Il m'offre alors un cagibi juste derrière le desk de la réception que trois femmes nettoient à la hâte., en me disant que l'hôtel est complet. Un trou à rats avec wc à la turc. Je suis allé ailleurs.

Ha moltissimo potenziale
Pros:

In centro, vicinissimo sia al mercato notturno che al fiume. Ok la colazione anche se servita in una struttura a fianco.

Cons:

La stanza era molto fredda, ho dovuto dormire con il maglione di lana per tutte e 4 le notti. Moltissima polvere, io sono allergica quindi ho dovuto usare antistaminico. Spiacevole dato che da molta sonnolenza.

L’emplacement, proche du centre et du Mékong, jolie rue.
La grande taille de la chambre.

Cons:

La douche mal placée, entre l'évier et les toilettes, ce qui fait que ça reste mouillé toute la journée, pas agréable pour aller aux toilettes.
Contrairement à ce qu’on pourrait penser en voyant les photos, il n’y a pas de fenêtres.
Pas d’insonorisation, on entend absolument tout.

Cons:

It was very dirty, smoke blew into our room at night from the air vent and we got sick from it. Walls are very stained and bedding wasn’t clean. Room does not look like photos.

El edificio anexo bonito, pero necesita un repaso de mantenimiento y limpieza

Ubicacion perfecta. Muy cerca del centro y del río, en una calle muy tranquila y agradable.
El edificio es bonito. Con una agradable terraza en toda la planta superior. Es un edificio anexo, no el de referencia.
El desayuno también está bien. Huevos, fruta,..

Cons:

Se debe de mejorar mucho la limpieza. El baño no estaba limpio. Había cosas de personas anteriores. No sé cómo limpian, pero necesita una limieza en profundidad.
El mantenimiento del edificio tampoco lo cuidan. Nuestra puerta con tornillos que se habían perdido, lamparas sin luces,... una pena porque el edificio es bonito.

Lugar silencioso y cerca a todo!

El lugar es muy bonito y justo al lado de todas las atracciones de la ciudad en el centro histórico. Es limpio y con personal amable, el desayuno es básico pero suficiente.

Cons:

El proceso de ingreso fue un poco difícil porque no querían aceptar el pago a través de Booking, que ya se había hecho al momento de la reserva. En estos casos, sería interesante que tuvieran alguna persona que pudiera hablar inglés para solucionar las inquietudes de los huéspedes.
