Gute Lage und sehr komfortable Zimmer.
Pros:

Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre, in unmittelbarer Nähe eines grossen Shopping Centers.
Ist auch ideal gelegen für Sightseeing.

Pros:

Pros:

Pros:

ジャカルタの中心部にありロケーションが最高で、宿泊した23階からの景色もとても綺麗で毎日ワクワクしました！
そして、イムレックの時期だったこともありホテル内の装飾もとても煌びやかで素敵でした！
受付から清掃、ルームサービス、テレビ接続を手伝ってくださったITスタッフの皆さんもとても親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。
女子大学生2人で利用しましたが、不安要素も特になく、とても素敵な滞在になりました。

Warm hospitality and thoughtful anniversary touches made our stay wonderful
Pros:

Location - Situated in the centre of Jakarta, the hotel is very conveniently located. We moved around easily using Grab and even had the chance to join the lively Jakarta Free Day, which was a great experience.

Hospitality - All staff greeted us very warmly and were always ready to offer their help whenever needed. Their friendliness truly made our stay more pleasant.

Breakfast - A lovely spread of Western, Indonesian, and continental options. You’ll definitely be spoiled for choice each morning.

Room - The room was very spacious, though the décor and furniture felt slightly dated. The large bathroom was well-equipped with a bathtub and a rain shower, which was a nice touch.

I had requested an anniversary decoration, and the team truly went above and beyond. They lovingly decorated the room with beautifully arranged towel swans, apples, and slices of chocolate cake and kek lapis. We were also pleasantly surprised with an anniversary card and a lovely decoration on the mirror. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable.

Disappointed !
Pros:

The location was very good -central and close to many shopping malls , restaurants and cafes

Cons:

I booked king size bed , but I was offered 2 joined single beds , I had very uncomfortable night the first day I arrived
I asked to move to another room.The room was changed the following day .After I spent the second night , I had to complain about the room bad smell ( sewage) possibly coming from the toilet or bathroom, maybe blocked drain as I was told.They sent someone to check and they offered to put diffuser in the room to help the bad smell.That didn’t work.I reported it the day after.I was again asked to move to another room.At that stage I was really frustrated.I told them I won’t move to a third room , packing and unpacking again.I was there to relax not to move to a different room every day.I was really disappointed having to stay in that room for 5 nights.I got an apology from one of the managers but I don’t think that was enough.I would have expected different approach dealing with this matter.I have chosen MO due to the high standards I experienced previously.This time however was a failure!

Amazing!
Pros:

Staff were absolutely amazing. Security and bellmen were spot on. Super friendly and even remembered our names! Front desk, reservations, housekeeping, room service. Everyone was just genuinely super nice and very well trained. Perfect location as well for us. 10/10.

Hotel viejo y ruidoso. Personal encantador
Pros:

Desayuno excelente y todo el personal muy atento y amable.

Cons:

Me sentí estafado pues el hotel cerró los baños sauna y vapor sin avisar en Booking . Yo lo necesitaba por un problema de salud y no los pude tomar . La zona de la pileta es desagradable, la pileta es muy chica y le pusieron una pantalla de led 10 metros de largo PEGADA a la piscina que pasa publicidad repetitiva del hotel y encandila. Me pareció de muy mal gusto. Especialmente porque la piscina está justo arriba de la Plaza del monumento con un ruido infernal de bocinas y tránsito. Este hotel Mandarín está fuera del standard que esperaba.

A complimentary, delicious birthday cake was delivered to my room, which was extremely appreciated and enjoyed.

Impossible de s'y reposer
Pros:

La chambre est grande et le lit de qualité.
Le petit déjeuner est de qualité.

Cons:

L'isolation sonore de la chambre. C'est bien simple, il y est impossible d'y dormir convenablement. Le bruit de la circulation est non stop, toute la nuit ! Et vous entendez les chambres voisines.
L'infrastructure de l'hôtel est vieillissante et loin d'un hôtel de luxe.
La piscine est en fait un petit bassin pour enfants.
