Good stay for Asian. The glorious is finished.

The location close to the shopping mall.

Big room and very good water pressure.

Perfectly secure system when you enter the lift to your room.

A lot of asian breakfast choices.

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

The breakfast choices for western too little… not much for such a big five stars hotel absolutely not good.

The air conditioning blow to the bed is absolutely making sick… we got flu and sick from the airco.

I knew Mandarin hotel from the ninety… was beautiful perfectly hotel but now the glorious is disappeared… low maintenance every where. Worn-out furniture and window frame … many more. Pity.

住宿地點離購物中心很近，走路可到

Cons:

早餐選擇不多，連續兩天的菜色都大同小異，用餐一輪後就已經完全沒有讓人想再進食的慾望，口味及菜色一般，住客人數多，分配住客用餐效率不佳，傻眼的是，工作人員詢問可以跟其他房客一起共享同一個餐桌? 想要悠閒的用餐，要求變成湊桌?
這是住過所有五星級飯店中最失望傻眼的早餐。
浴室要放水10分鐘以上才有熱水，好不容易等到熱水，洗到一半又是冷水，向客服反映之後雖然有得到回應，但隔天又是相同的狀況。
電視節目的選擇更是失望，沒有Netflix的選項，就算有帳戶也只好摸著鼻子用自己的筆電或ipad觀看電影。
房間的裡只有茶包，沒有咖啡包?
隔音設備很差，晚上入睡可以清楚聽到外面摩托車呼嘯而過的噪音，真的很難入睡。當下才知道為什麼一進房會有配置耳塞，五星級飯店入睡卻需要耳塞，隔天客房整理後，原本一副耳塞變成放了三副，應該很多房客都曾經反映過這些噪音吧?

個人認為這樣的品質已經具備取消五星飯店的資格，非常糟糕!

Fantastic staycation for a special anniversary!
Pros:

This was a staycation on the occasion of a special anniversary, which I had mentioned in the booking. Soon after I made the reservation, the guest service team contacted me to find ways to this stay even more memorable, at no extra cost. Vollyn and Sherly made sure that our room was decorated for the occasion. What a nice gesture! Our view on the monument was particularly stricking at night, with beautiful light effects. We were mesmerized by it.

Cons:

The breakfast area should be larger or perhaps breakfast should be extended to the other restaurants. It was quite crowded and noisy, but otherwise the breakfast options were good and varied. For another visit, I might consider room service for breakfast, or using the smaller breakfast area in the lounge.

Great service with a smile. Despite some downsides I Would come back.

Location and room were outstanding. Breakfast at the club lounge was great.

Cons:

Infrastructure shows signs of age. The pool area was underwhelming. The breakfast at the main restaurant was very crowded with waiting time. The gym needs an urgent facelift.

Pros:

Pros:

ジャカルタの中心部にありロケーションが最高で、宿泊した23階からの景色もとても綺麗で毎日ワクワクしました！
そして、イムレックの時期だったこともありホテル内の装飾もとても煌びやかで素敵でした！
受付から清掃、ルームサービス、テレビ接続を手伝ってくださったITスタッフの皆さんもとても親切で丁寧な対応をしてくださいました。
女子大学生2人で利用しましたが、不安要素も特になく、とても素敵な滞在になりました。

Warm hospitality and thoughtful anniversary touches made our stay wonderful
Pros:

Location - Situated in the centre of Jakarta, the hotel is very conveniently located. We moved around easily using Grab and even had the chance to join the lively Jakarta Free Day, which was a great experience.

Hospitality - All staff greeted us very warmly and were always ready to offer their help whenever needed. Their friendliness truly made our stay more pleasant.

Breakfast - A lovely spread of Western, Indonesian, and continental options. You’ll definitely be spoiled for choice each morning.

Room - The room was very spacious, though the décor and furniture felt slightly dated. The large bathroom was well-equipped with a bathtub and a rain shower, which was a nice touch.

I had requested an anniversary decoration, and the team truly went above and beyond. They lovingly decorated the room with beautifully arranged towel swans, apples, and slices of chocolate cake and kek lapis. We were also pleasantly surprised with an anniversary card and a lovely decoration on the mirror. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable.
