Great location.
The bathroom could use a shower curtain. The whole thing gets drenched when you shower.
Location was convenient
The accomodation included a washing machine but no washing line - which wasnt the end of the world but would have made things easier for us during our stay.
Comfortable with everything we needed close to everything.
Le lit n’est pas confortable et beaucoup trop petit. De plus les rideaux ne sont pas opaques, nous étions réveillé à 7h par le soleil sur le visage.
Propriétaire ne m’a pas arrangé.
Pretty apartment and had everything you need. Good size bedroom for two people.
The aircon did not work so well even though we putt on chill mode + around 20°C. The TV remote had no batteries.
Studio sans charme particulier mais doté des équipements nécessaires et très calme. Literie confortable.
Bien situé puisque à 10 mn à pied de la ligne JR Yamanote (et à une station du quartier de SHINJKU).

Plutôt conseillé pour un couple mais pas plus (nous étions 3) car studio pas grand et canapé lit assez sommaire.

La chambre est trop petite, impossible de poser et ouvrir ses valises. Elle n’est pas du tout adaptée pour 3 personnes. La salle de bain est aussi minuscule sans possibilité de poser ses vêtements où que ce soit.
The position and the neighborhood is super nice and calm, not so far from the metro, really nice area.
The “apartment” room, we could use just to sleep, the toilet was terrible, the water was coming up from the pipes from day 1, a kitchen without any kind of utensils so a kitchen that we never used. washing machine was leaking water, and for 3 people and for the price we paid it was really an inconvenience. If it's about quality price, the owner should review the prices because they are too high for the poor service received.
Very close to Shin-Okubo
Photos of room are very deceiving, very small double bed and not enough towels. Bathroom was so small you needed to undress and redress and dry in kitchen area. Also take out the toilet paper before you shower.
Property was close to 7/11 and a short walk to the train station. Self check in was a bonus.
Struggled to have 3 people in the room. Was quite small and with luggage it was very hard to move around. Bathroom was very small anything you took in there got soaked.
Room was easy to get into (self check in). Room is bigger than average hotel rooms in the city.

Bathroom was small but sufficient.
Location. The apartment is in a calm and cosy residential area. If you don’t mind walking from the station, it’s a good location. There’s a 7/11 conbini nearby.
It shouldn’t be advertised for 3 people. Pictures make it look bigger than it really is. The bathroom is so small that it’s impossible to change your clothes there with the door closed (we are not overweight). Bathroom is not heated (we stayed in January) - the temperature in the morning is close to the temperature outside (toilet seat is not heated - it’s the simplest model possible). The water tap in the bathroom is moody - you really need to spend time to adjust the water to proper temperature. Worst thing - there is definitely mould in the appartment (most probably mould or some bacteria in the air conditioning / heater) that made us sick.
