Pros:

I did not like the services at this hotel.F8rstly I booked on Booking.com and was charged Oyorooms rate which was a difference of nearly a thousand bucks. Secondly I booked with breakfast included in my booking, but was told that I had to pay as it is not included. After showing my booking and arguing with them, they unwillingly asked to arrange for the breakfast. Out of the 6 of us only 4 availed the breakfast as my 2 nieces had to reach the institute for their interview at 9 a.m. They had to go without having anything until lunch time. One of the rooms had no TV, they gave the wifi password but it never worked.There were used plates and waste on the garbage bag lying on the corridor Maintenance is bad. When we checked out they apologised but it was of no use as the damage is done. I will never book and will never ever recommend any of my friends or relatives to book this hotel at all in the future. Worst experience ever.

Cons:

I do not like anything at all. Read the above.
