Convenient location to train station plenty of cafes and restaurants - hotel in a quiet street
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had a lovely outlook over the park and city. Location was great, very close to Gare Montparnasse - I needed to get a train and it was a 5 min walk

Pros:

Great location, helpful staff, AC worked well in exceptionally hot paris.

Nice atmosphere, friendly, helpful people. Clean.

Cons:

They could have given me a room with a view of the street and park, rather than a back room with a view of a roof and the backs of other buildings.
They started hammering outside my room to fix something, while I was still asleep and even after I woke up and was staying in my room before leaving.

Pros:

Ottima posizione vicino alla Gare Montparnasse.
Camera e hotel molto puliti.
Stanza silenziosa che dava sull’interno.

Cons:

Stanza molto piccola.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist dieses Hotel durchaus geeignet.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist in einem lebhaften und traditionellen Gebiet von Paris. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Z.B. BUS. Zur Station nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Zimmer etwas klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr gut von der Qualität und Quantität. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel machte insgesamt einen sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck. Speisen und Getränke erhält man in den zahlreich vorhandenen Restaurants (gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis)

Cons:

Da die Rezeption in der 1. Etage ist, ist man gezwungen das Gepäck zu tragen, was für ältere Menschen beschwerlich sein kann. In die anderen Etagen kommt man mit einem Aufzug. Parkmöglichkeiten sind in naheliegenden Parkhäusern vorhanden, aber sehr preisintensiv (34 EURO pro Tag !!!)
