Everything you need to stay and surf
Pros:

Great host, very friendly and helpful. I arrived super early just to drop my luggage and go for a walk but he let me check in and use the room. The facility is a short walk from the beach. Nice and clean rooms, a lot of facilities.

Cons:

The walls and doors are not much sound proof, might need an earplugs to sleep. The place is a bit far from the train station but the host can pick you up.

Awesome Japanese surf getaway with everything you need, great staff and a cool scene to experience.
Pros:

Third Place is a supercool surf-stay with an adjoining pizza restaurant, a little surf-shop and all the comfort you need with guest-only areas and areas where you can hang with local surfers. It's perfectly located a very short walk to Kujukuri beach. Mune-san and his team are awesome and make you feel at home in this Japanese-Californian styled surf oasis. Plus there's heaps of surf history throughout Third Place with signed boards and posters from events—JJF, Carissa Moore etc. It's special.
