Pros:

The staff i came into contact were all very polite and courteous.
As a regular visitor to Pattaya and usually stay in The Nova Park i like the location as it is central to everything

No complaints, will definitely stay here again in the future.
Pros:

Great location, clean comfortable, little street noise, very friendly and helpful staff and great value.

Cons:

Need a better breakfast with more fresh fruit available and oatmeal would be a great addition to the breakfast.

Pros:

The property is very close to the center. We love the 7eleven beside it. The room is spacious and the balcony is ideal view for the pool. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The pool and bar is only open till 7pm which i think is too early for guests who wants to just chill. The floors of the rooms are not well cleaned. When we came, both our feet were black walking on the tiles. Theres a smell coming out of the sink and shower.

OK but only if it is at a really good price, there are many other hotels in the vicinity of a much higher quality

Location is central but far enough to be in a quiet area.

Cons:

The place is dated and in desperate need of a refurb, this reminds me of the furniture of a 30 year old hotel and the price didn’t reflect this fact
