Que uno como cliente tiene que pagar 3 taxis porque no tiene una recepción en el complejo y para dejar el apartamento también hay que pagar 2 taxis para llevar la llave del apartamento. Como es posible que en el 2026 sea tan incómodo recibir y entregar una llave para el cliente que eso es gasto extras.

Better avoid this high hill place

Just the front swimming pool view but the pool was closed.

Cons:

First, I had to wait one hour to get the keys. During that time, no one answered my calls on WhatsApp or on the direct phone line. After waiting for an hour, someone finally answered and told me that the office was closed from 9 pm to 10 pm. However, they asked me to go to Erasol to collect the keys, so I had to take an Uber there to pick them up.

When I entered the apartment, I could barely breathe because there was a very strong bleach smell throughout the entire place, along with another unpleasant odor. I had to stay on the balcony and open all the windows to get some fresh air.

I also could not take a shower because very dirty, yellow-colored water was coming from the tap. In addition, there were no instructions for the oven, and it was not easy to use at all.

Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

All in all, we managed to have fun in that beautiful city!

The apartment was large and welcoming.

Cons:

Everything was great, I was just disappointed with the cleanliness of the place! They left one of the windows open and the room flooded; we had to use towels to contain the water! I reported this to reception! The next day they brought more towels, but we were the ones who had to clean and dry the room (absurd!). Another thing was regarding the delivery of the apartment keys! I almost missed my taxi to the airport because I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come and get them! The taxi driver was anxious because he had to drop me off at the airport and pick up another passenger, and this made me really furious because I had already arranged the time with one of the receptionists two days before, and the guy who came to get the keys said he didn't know anything about it! (This is unacceptable) I could have missed my check-in at the airport!
((((One very important thing: bring all the necessary cooking utensils with you. We only found pots, plates, and glasses! And cleaning supplies too; there was a broom and a mop! We didn't even find salt! (Truly ridiculous when you rent an entire apartment!))))
Fridge too small for 6 people.
In one of the bathrooms the heater wasn't working and in the other there wasn't a heater at all.

Wiedząc o przyjeździe 3 godziny wcześniej i tak było trzeba czekać godzinę na otwarcie apartamentu!!!
A na koniec pobytu , w ostatniej godzinie czekając na personal umbral , żeby zdać apartament i odebrać kaucje , dowiedziałem się że muszę jechać po nią na drugi koniec miasta!!! Bo nie ma komu przyjechać. I musiałem wziąć taksówkę żeby dojechać i zostałem narażony na dodatkowe koszty . Apartament był ok, ale obsługa umbral nie polecam !!!

La chiave dell'appartamento si deve prendere presso un hotel a 4 km di distanza.
Chiedono 200 € di cauzione per ripagare eventuali danni, dopo 4 giorni non mi avevano ancora avvisato di averla stornata; ho dovuto telefonare alla banca per saperlo.

O apartamento é amplo e confortável.

A localização é ruim. Não tem nada por perto e o check-in foi a pior experiência em hospedagens que já tive na vida. Chegar cansado em uma hospedagem com idosos e crianças, não ter acesso a um banheiro ou qualquer espaço para esperar, chovendo e ter que aguardar mais de meia hora um funcionário aparecer é mais do que desrespeitoso
