Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Barcellona e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente. L’organizzazione generale della struttura lascia molto a desiderare: le informazioni sul check-in erano poco chiare e la comunicazione con il proprietario non è stata particolarmente utile.
L’aspetto più negativo, però, è stato senza dubbio la pulizia. La casa non era affatto pulita al nostro arrivo: polvere in diverse stanze, bagno poco curato e cucina con segni evidenti di scarsa pulizia. Non è ciò che ci si aspetta quando si prenota un alloggio per le vacanze.
È un peccato perché la posizione potrebbe anche essere buona, ma la mancanza di cura e di organizzazione rovina completamente l’esperienza. Consiglierei vivamente ai proprietari di migliorare la pulizia e la gestione dell’alloggio prima di affittarlo nuovamente.

El apartamento estaba un poco alejado de lo que es el centro de Barcelona, aproximadamente a una hora en transporte público.

L'insonorisation entre voisin n'est pas idéal. Malgré la demande de respect du silence pas tout le monde ne respect.
Apartamentos amplios y cómodos en una zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar y relajarse y para estancias de varios días. Cuentan con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable, con un cuarto donde hacer la colada y unas zonas comunes para disfrutar del tiempo libre

A last minute booking and wow were we lucky.
The apartments are spacious, spotlessly clean and modern. The pool area is very relaxing it isn't very deep so great if you want to just lounge in it.
Great having a communal laundry area with upto date machines. The laundry is also spotlessly clean, the whole area is. We paid extra for parking which was very useful as although you may find a spot on the road it is a one way system so saves you time, worth the money to have your car secure as can be. We didn't use the bus service but knew it was easy to get into the centre of Barcelona. We loved the drive into Barcelona and found it very easy to get about in a car. We did have a few little problems nothing to do with the apartment but the hosts helped us straight away, great that they are on WhatsApp daily to help you and we had replies in seconds.
We stayed in apartment 7 which is upstairs, had everything in we needed for our stay but we found ourselves going down to the marina most evenings for meals as their are lovely fish and tapas restaurants down there.
Rosa De Abril is great for a base to explore the area, and also great for tranquility as you are away from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are LOTS of areas to explore not just the city. We came on our trip for motor racing at Circuit De Barcelona Catalunya and we are definitely coming back and staying at the apartments again.
Everything was great nothing to dislike.

El apartamento nuevo, amplio, con 2 TV. La atención del personal estupendo
El equipamiento escaso. Vasos, solo hay de tamaño muy pequeño. Tazas o tazones de desayuno: solo hay 2 tacitas de plástico y 2 boles también de plástico.
Los mandos de la tele y del parking nos los tuvieron que cambiar porque estaban sin pilas.
No hay kit de bienvenida, leche, cafe, nada.
La piscina pequeña y no cubre nafa.
