Our stay at YOHO was excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone and I will surely book at this hotel again.
Pros:

Everything was clean and modern. The view from our room and balcony was exceptional. The location was good. The staff were very helpful and friendly specially Patrick. He gave us the information we needed u til we checked out.

Месторасположение и вид из окна

Cons:

Это очень старый отель с большими проблемами по сервису и чистоте. Сантехника старая, все в желтых пятнах, белье не соответствует вообще заявленным 5 звездам. Консьерж служба - не работает. Вызов такси при отеле - никакой помощи, ответ службы - покажите карты местности на китайском! другой ответ - тут все рядом, идите пешком! Мы были в шоке. Лобби отсутствует в привычном понимании совсем. Стоит два дивана и четыре кресла, которые постоянно заняты людьми. Процесс регистрации очень долгий с большими очередями. Берут немаленький депозит при пустом баре и при выселении не отдают его пока не проверят номер. Проверка длится долго. Предоставленный бесплатный шаттл не довез до правильного места высадки, а остановился задолго до точки назначения, сообщив, что дальше можно и дойти пешком!!!! с багажом!!! Никто не говорит на английском!!! кроме одного человека, который редко находится на месте. Бассейн грязный, убирает не персонал, а робот поверхностно и все. Уверенные максимум три звезды. Не рекомендую этот отель!

入住check in 時櫃檯人員表情不悅，很厭世

Check out後請櫃檯人員幫我們叫車到機場，說上面有員工可以幫我們叫車，後來上G層告訴員工請他們幫我們叫車我們要大的車去機場，一直不回答我們可不可以，只有一直叫我們去排隊去排隊，我們想要確認是不是可以幫我們叫到車？沒辦法回答我們的問題，只叫我們排隊，讓我們感到很焦慮不安。

A nicely located hotel in downtown Macau. New, clean and conveniently located!
Pros:

- Fantastic location in downtown Macau with easy access to free shuttle bus services between the major casinos.
- Convenient shopping mall below hotel for F&B and also for groceries.
- Decently appointed room with good shower, and a huge bed!
- Really nice infinity pool with choices of different depths.

Cons:

- Had challenges setting the A/C. It was either too cold or too warm.
- For the price paid, I would have expected unlimited supply of drinking water in the room but we were expected to pay for the 4th bottle onwards.
- Check-in time 3pm and check-out time 11am seems rather extreme for a 5-star hotel.
