Cons:

Overall, the hotel can be rated positively: great location, excellent rooms, everything is great. Unfortunately, however, there are enormous service problems which are unacceptable for the price and lead to deductions in the overall rating.
1.Arrival: there was no greeting at all — no hello, no “how are you,” just “check-in is not possible yet, please leave again?” An absolute disgrace.
2.When check-in was finally possible, we had to wait 30 minutes. Sorry, this could have been organized differently, and it was never such a problem in any other hotel.
3.The worst part is that the refund of the deposit has still not been processed and is supposed to take two weeks — really, none of the other hotels in China had such nonsense.

Loved Macau - would NOT stay at this hotel again.
Pros:

The location was good - close to the bus compound.

Cons:

The staff was unhelful and bordering on rude. Everything closed early and there was no continuity to the hotel - everything seemed disjointed. Luckily we did not spend much time there.

Pros:

房間空間比其他酒店大，還有大浴缸可以泡澡，窗戶望出去就是一望無際的大湖，鄰近圓環有客運站牌，澳幣6元就可通往當地景點、渡輪港口及機場。

機場到酒店沒有直達的免費巴士

Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem und groß. Es hat ein super Gym, gerade beim Hotel, das für ein professionelles Training ausgerüstet ist (UFC Gym). Es hatte eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer. TOP

Cons:

die Minibar hatte kein Bier.

Had a wonderful time & I have already recommended to my friends about this hotel.
Pros:

The room is spacious with seaview. Easy access to wonder around town.

the hotel would be great for a team building session, it would be perfect for the gang
Pros:

Location is very good Nelson the londiner is everybody helpful. He was the one who arranged the table reservation for club 21. The reception couldn't help

Cons:

The reception staff is not a cohesive team. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing. The staff is a bit scattered.

Cons:

It’s our first time going .
It took us some time before we can find the lobby. There are no clear directions and the lift buttons are confusing.


At the main door, will help if there are big signboards to say lobby is level 2.

Pros:

Cons:

The cups for tea and coffee are from Chinese restaurant—too small.
There are only two cheap tea bags in the room.
The price is too high and not worthy of the quality of the room.

Great family hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very new. Some shops are opened only. The room is very updated with good lighting and all controls (lighting, air con and TV) work. Hotel staff tried their best to serve us as there were alot of movement in the late morning till late afternoon. Overall it's a good hotel with lots of potential. We love it as there was no casino inside the hotel =)

Cons:

The only gripe was there is no do not disturb button. Maybe there was but we did not manage to find it.
Also, signages for queuing up for checking in could be better as the queue had to go round a pillar which some hotel guests upon arriving were confused.
