Great family hotel
Pros:

The hotel is very new. Some shops are opened only. The room is very updated with good lighting and all controls (lighting, air con and TV) work. Hotel staff tried their best to serve us as there were alot of movement in the late morning till late afternoon. Overall it's a good hotel with lots of potential. We love it as there was no casino inside the hotel =)

Cons:

The only gripe was there is no do not disturb button. Maybe there was but we did not manage to find it.
Also, signages for queuing up for checking in could be better as the queue had to go round a pillar which some hotel guests upon arriving were confused.

Pros:

房間大小非常剛好且舒適，剛好看出去就可以欣賞湖景跟新葡京酒店，備品設施都很不錯好用。
特別感謝櫃檯員工Mr. Miguel，在要前往碼頭時，除了幫我們叫計程車以外，還貼心的幫忙按電梯替我們一路把行李拿上車，還特地提醒我們免費接駁車的時間也接近了，有沒有要改搭乘接駁車。上述種種都可以表現出Mr. Miguel真的是一個非常貼心的人，值得特地給予嘉獎。

Cons:

電視串流平台的選項不多，房間內雖然有提供充電線，但充電速度較一般，建議還是帶自己的線

Pros:

房間景色不錯，衛生OK

Cons:

早餐選擇很少，頗失望，性價比低。
於預訂時明明顯示包2大1小早餐，結果小孩要額外付費
電話系統據說在更新，前台叫我們掃QR Code ，但都是Error
結果要親自到前台要求毛巾牙刷
