Passable
Pros:

Çağrı receptionist help as with many informations and situations.He speaks english very good.Very kind and profesional.All praises for him.He deserves all bonus.
Also Julia therapist make very good massage for me.

Cons:

Bed was very uncomfortable.
Food in hotel was poor and it wasnt much to choose.Think hotel need renovation.

Dont go there
Pros:

Nothing , very very bad , so aggressive worker , not accept booking reservations, dont trust them

Cons:

Mafia , bad , so sorry to west my time , even booking app is not help you when you go there

Pros:

The room was quiet. I had a couple of requests for the rooms and from the hotel answered my plea prior to the stay. Stuff was kind and helpful

Cons:

There was some negligence visible in the rooms. Cracked sink for example, the ceiling light in the room wasn't working. And hygiene was not at it's best. Breakfast is not so great.

Pros:

The area around the hotel is not very much tourist friendly, meaning facilities normally available for tourists don't exist.

Cons:

the area's transportation facilities.
