Soggiorno perfetto tra le montagne
Pros:

La struttura è immersa tra le montagne, vicino a un piccolo villaggio di case di campagna con un bellissimo paesaggio coltivato con campi di riso e piccoli orti.
La nostra camera era molto bella e grande, dotata di tutti i confort. Unica pecca l’umidità, ma non dipende certo dall’hotel.
Colazione e cena buone.
L’accoglienza è il punto forte dell’hotel. Noi siamo stati aiutati da Rebecca e Lucky durante il nostro soggiorno e nella prenotazione dei ticket per il parco. Rebecca e Lucky sono due giovani ragazze che parlano un buon inglese (molto apprezzato e difficile da trovare!), con cui abbiamo scambiato chiacchiere molto piacevoli, che ci ricorderemo per sempre.
Se dovessimo tornare a Zhangjiajie, torneremo sicuramente qui!

Cons:

La struttura è molto bella e qualche accortezza in più nella manutenzione la renderebbe ancora più perfetta.

Paz e Tranquilidade em Zhangjiajie
Pros:

O hotel é lindíssimo rodeado pelas montanhas características da região, o que dá uma sensação de paz e tranquilidade. O quarto era enorme, com uma vista incrível e a cama super confortável, mesmo ideal para descansar depois das caminhas pelo parque de zhangjiajie. Os funcionários foram todos muito amáveis e prestáveis, sobretudo a Lucky e a Rebee, com as quais tivemos mais contacto uma vez que falam já um bom inglês. Ajudaram-nos ainda com a compra dos bilhetes e o itinerário para o parque de zhangjiajie e ofereceram-nos o transporte até alguns dos pontos. O pequeno almoço era bom e havia um restaurante (o que facilita muito pois não há muitas opções perto). Agradecemos ainda às funcionárias da cozinha, pois mesmo não falando inglês foram muito queridas. Havia lavandaria, ginásio e recantos de lazer disponíveis e tínhamos água todos os dias. E no final até tivemos direito a um presente! Recomendamos a 100%.

Bel soggiorno, personale gentilissimo.
Pros:

La struttura è una palazzina in stile minimal moderno, con un bel giardino e un bel panorama. Il personale è molto gentile sopratutto le due ragazze che gestiscono la reception sono state molto attente ad ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo chiesto di poter fare un BBq e nonostante la pioggia hanno organizzato sotto gli ombrelloni un bellino BBq solo per noi con ottima carne e tante altre cose.
La stanza è bella (avevamo la suite con la jacuzzi sul terrazzo) ma pecca un po in alcuni dettagli e potrebbero fare un po meglio nella pulizia. Non è sporco, assolutamente, ma potrebbero migliorare alcuni dettagli in generale.

Cons:

Nelle foto riportava anche una bella piscina grande, a sfioro sul panorama, ma poco prima del nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che era stata chiusa ed eliminata per problemi burocratici. Purtroppo abbiamo beccato 3 giorni di pioggia e non ci siamo goduti troppo il panorama.

Dejlig placering, skøn personale og god mad
Pros:

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Beliggenheden er helt perfekt med smukke omgivelser og en dejlig atmosfære. Personalet var meget nærværende, imødekommende og fik os til at føle os velkomne fra start til slut.
Aftensmaden var et af opholdets absolutte højdepunkter – virkelig velsmagende og tilberedt med stor omhu. Den kan varmt anbefales og bør helt klart opleves, hvis man bor her.

Nothing short of amazing. The views and tranquil location offer something your eyes will feast on.

Beds were comfortable. Showers had strong water pressure. Toilets are heated have a bidet and flush themselves.

Staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

Cons:

This is only a minor inconvenience... The bathroom glass door. I don't understand why only the middle part has privacy cover. The top and bottom are just glass. Maybe if you're into that kind of thing... Cover the whole door please.

This appears to be only an issue in some rooms.

Pros:

Property is in the mountains and absolutely beautiful surrounded by beautiful sceneries. Our suite was very clean and spacious and have floor to ceiling windows where we can see the great view. We also had a great balcony with a hot tub and a patio. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at dinner provided for quite delicious.

Cons:

The property advertised an infinity pool, which was not available for use when we arrived. In fact, it was filled up with dirt and grass put over it as the pool was not zoned appropriately as such the government did not permit the pool to be used. We were not made aware of this until we arrived. The hotel was very apologetic and offered free dinner as compensation which we accepted but we did not end up staying five nights as we originally planned and only stayed two nights due to the lack of pool and the relative remote location of the resort as it was higher up in the mountains and there were no other amenities at the resort. There were also no stores or restaurants outside of the resort’s immediate vicinity. The infinity pool was the main draw for us to this hotel and we planned to stay by the pool after sight seeing so without it was really nothing else to do at the resort. It was quite disappointing because if the pool was there, it would’ve been a fabulous view from what I can tell.

Pros:

The view and all. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The itinerary that Kim gave us made our Zhangjiajie trip smooth and convenient.

Cons:

Limited choices of foods in breakfast buffet. And was unfortunate just to have bread and coffee for breakfast since there's an event that day. Moreover, i hope there is more privacy when using the toilet haha but aside from these two, I have no other complain.

Pros:

My wife and I stayed at Xman Hotel in Zhangjiajie for 4 days, and we truly had a wonderful experience.

The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. The location was also perfect — close to the main attractions and activities in the village, which made everything very convenient.

The hotel was very clean, and all the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
The coffee was delicious, and the bed and bedding were extremely comfortable with a very luxurious feel.

I only wish the food had more variety and more international options, although the breakfast was still good overall.
I also wished there was a mirror inside the room.

Thank you to all the staff for the warm hospitality and excellent service. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ein sehr angenehmes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr nah am Middle Gate zum Park gelegen. Unsere Aussicht auf die Berge war fantastisch. Zudem war es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Besonderen Dank gilt dem sehr freundlichen Personal - insbesondere den Damen im Restaurant!
