Очень большие вопросы к отелю, который себя позиционирует как 5-ти звездочный, тут максимум 3 звезды:
В номерах убирались, ставили воду, красивый вид, но:
1. Неправильно работал кондиционер, невозможно было выставить нормальную температуру, кондиционер постоянно жужжал;
2. Сломанный душ, также нужно было ждать около 5 минут, пока нагреется вода; в ванной комнате было всегда очень холодно; не работала лампочка в душевой;
3. Нет холодильника;
4. Пятна на стенах и шторах;
5. В комнате также перегорела лампа, попросили персонал поменять, просьбу проигнорировали;
6. Неудобное расположение: поблизости нет ни магазинов, ни ресторанов.

Pros:

Very nice and hotel with great views, comfortable beds and good service! The breakfast was great as well. The staff was very helpful when we had questions or needed support. The hotel really is a hidden gem and perfectly located to explore the national park. Getting a Didi to drive around was no problem, easy to get around this way. Would love to stay again!

Pros:

Tout était absolument formidable. Le service a été extrêmement réactif et le personnel a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Même avec 30 minutes de retard pour le petit déjeuner, ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et tout préparé avec le sourire. Ils nous ont également très bien conseillé sur les activités à faire aux alentours, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre voyage.

La vue au lever du soleil depuis l’hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnelle — l’un des grands moments de notre séjour.

Un hôtel idéal pour profiter du Park national
Pros:

Le site incroyable à quelques kilomètres de la Middle Gate du Park national de Zhangjiajie ou le chauffeur de l’hôtel nous déposait gratuitement. La grande gentillesse du personnel qui tous s’employaient à rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible malgré une météo pluvieuse ( service de thé et dégustation de patates douces au coin de la cheminée, et plateau de fruits et vin de riz pour notre anniversaire de mariage) Les lits incroyablement confortables

Nice views & comfy rooms but far away from town and unpleasant management

- The views of the property are nice
- Rooms are comfortable
- Some of the staff are very friendly (Hilary and serving staff at the restaurant)

Cons:

- Issues with the booking system: first they forgot to book the first night of our stay then they downgraded our room without telling us. We needed booking.com to sort it out
- Manager was very rude when dealing with the booking issue
- Property is far from everything so you can’t just go out and go to town to eat
- Breakfast only served from 8am - not ideal when tours to the park start early

Perfect stay with beautiful views and very helpful staff
Pros:

Amazing mountain view, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff was welcoming and kind, and helped us to plan and book our entire itinerary throughout the Zhangjiajie parks. The restaurant food was good too - the local dishes were to our taste (the hotel was able to customise them to our preferences, i.e. less spice). We had a great experience staying here.

Pros:

The hotel personnel is absolutely great (very responsive and helpful), the best I have ever met.
Very good location (close to Avatar mountains, around 40 minutes by taxi to Tianman mountain. 30 minutes from the airport and the city center)
The room is big and quite, has a good view, but designed a bit strange and irrationally (especially the bathroom).
A recommendation to the travelers: reserve at least 5 days if you wish to see the place as you will have to catch the weather and the walking distances are long.

Cons:

Hôtel complètement défraichit, loin du standing d'un 5 étoiles. Les photos nous ont paru mensongères... Parquet gondolé, peu de décoration, un hôtel qui semble un peu abandonné quant à l'entretien.
Petit déjeuner bon mais très spartiate, pas de choix.
La présence d'un peu de vent faisait claquer les portes.
Belle piscine, mais non chauffé, impossible de s'y baigner.

Secluded location close to the park’s most practical gate, wonderful staff!
Pros:

The staff was lovely and made the stay super special! Especially Hilary, who assisted us with everything from getting a new room sorted when the original one smelled a little mouldy to what we could see in the park. Special thanks to her for arranging that the staff prepare a less oily and vegetarian/vegan meal for us! The rest of the staff is also lovely, the ladies that work the kitchen and maintain the hotel are very warm and always greeted with a smile!

The location is also good-ish, as it’s close to the middle gate, which turns out to be the best one to quickly get onto the best treks through the park and avoid major crowds. No restaurants around though, which is ok if you’re looking to be secluded.

Cons:

The room we initially had was mouldy and wasn’t very clean. However, we were promptly given a much nicer room that was very cosy for the rest of our stay.


The breakfast is rather limited (although they have some white bread and jam, plus a very nice soy milk) but they’ll serve you a noodle soup if you ask (unfortunately not vegetarian).

Une expérience sensorielle remarquable. L’hôtel épouse parfaitement le paysage, et la piscine à débordement offre une vue si poétique qu’on s’y attarde des heures. Le personnel, d’une discrétion et d’une élégance rares, devance vos besoins avec grâce. La cuisine, un vibrant hommage aux produits locaux, est un régal. On quitte les lieux le cœur léger et l’esprit regénéré. Bravo.
