Pros:

No Ac. unclean and smelly room. Even fossette was in damaged condition. Towel was and bed sheet were not clean.

Don't go here, bad experience
Pros:

Nothing was good.

Cons:

The lift is till third floor. Then if you have luggage, you have to carry via clockwise stairs on your own till fourth floor where this hotel is. During the check-in, I asked if I could change the check-out date to the next day (from 1 day to 2 days). They denied that it is not possible. I asked if I could do it via the app (Booking.com), they said they won't accept and I should talk to app. They said they will charge ₹1150 for extending one more day and not via app. I asked that I could book for another day after doing check-out but they denied. The room was small, with TV and AC but the bedsheets were torn and unclean with spots. The bathroom had water on floor which I thought was not permanent but it stayed like that for the entire night until the next day till-checkout. The flush stopped working after one use. I had to open the cistern and then correct it and then it started working again. There were cockroaches and insects in the bathroom coming out from the wood at the backside of the door as well as above the wash basin with beedi stub lying on the wash basin.
The next morning, I went to talk with the receptionist around 9 am and he denied extended the booking for 1 more day which I had requested one day prior via the app and said they had already told me earlier that they won't accept it and if one needs to stay for more than one day, they should have done that while doing the initial booking. He demanded ₹1500 for extending the stay for one more night which his colleague the previous day stated to be ₹1150 in front of him. I then decided to not extend the stay. There were cobwebs too hanging from the ceiling of the room which I saw next morning.

Goons, Rude and pathetic facilities

Cons:

The staff is like a bunch of goons, they talk to you like you're staying there for free. The table was broken, blankets and bedsheets had all sort of stains. It's a sort of place where couples come for few hours, not recommended for business or family travellers. Most of the time you'll see group of 3-4 men standing at the counter.

It was passable for a night stay. A 3/5
Pros:

The property is good but there is no lift facility to the floor it is in. We have to climb one floor after reaching the last floor reachable by lift. This is probably a terrace converted to hotel.

Cons:

The bed linen was not replaced when we occupied. There was cigarette stench.
