Non mi è piaciuta la colazione, infatti sono andata al bar .....poco dolce e quel poco non era buono....il caffè imbevibile. Non mi aspettavo il caffè delle macchinette ma un servizio bar. Inoltre lh trovato un po caro per il tipo di struttura. Complessivamente era adeguato, la stanza grande, la posizione ottima e il.personale molto gentile .

Excellent stay in the heart of Madrid !
Pros:

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job with daily cleaning, they were very professional and attentive to detail, which I really appreciated.

The location is perfect — right in the very centre of Madrid, making it incredibly easy to explore the city centre and visit all the main attractions. Everything is within walking distance.

The staff were always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything I needed. I truly felt comfortable during my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Excelente alojamiento
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor, a unos pasos de la Gran Vía y muchas estaciones de metro. El desayuno excelente, con cosas dulces y saladas.
En general nos gustó todo, volveríamos a repetir cuando viajemos a Madrid.
