The staff are amazing and professional. Facilities are good, having swimming pool, gym, bar, comfortable bed, etc. Also, appreciated special touch of providing plated cakes in the room on your first day. What I did not like is the room smells, not sure if due to pets were in the room, someone was smoking badly or theres something wet and moldy. I cant pinpoint but I have to spray antibacterial air room spray overnight. I have suggested at the concierge to have a separte room for guest that are allergic to pets or just not used to having pets at all. Lastly, our plated breakfast was cold and not freshly cooked and is overpriced. 2x tapsilog and a coffee with 1 juice cost us 2300 pesos. I hope there will be improvement as I appreciate it is near my area and it is handy when im visiting Philippines.

Excellent! Everything was perfect EXCEPT for the almost non-existent hot water! Staff super friendly and attentive. Rooms very clean and felt like home.

Pros:

Water heater was not working, we showered with cold water.
Ordering food takes almost an hour to be served, so does calling for staff to help with switching off some lights (the switch is located behind the curtain - why???)
Front desk lady was very nice and courteous. Same with the waiters. It really just took forever for food to be served.

We were there for the aquaman aquathlon happening at Vermosa Sports Club. The location is about 20mins drive from the venue.
