Приветливый персонал, номер был готов раньше, нормальный завтрак, стильный номер, расположение для магазинов, но мы вызывали такси до ворот, потому что не интересно идти вдоль посольств 40 мин

За 4 дня убрались один раз (да, можно было их ускорить через табличку), но все же убирают приезжие и не очень, пыль и шторы с пятнами есть. Тапочек в номере нет, напор слабый

Unser Aufenthalt im Radisson Red Berlin war einfach überragend! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich freundlich, professionell und aufmerksam – genau so, wie man es sich wünscht.

Die Zimmer sind modern, stylisch und gleichzeitig super gemütlich. Alles war makellos sauber und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Besonders gefallen hat uns das coole, urbane Design, das perfekt zum Vibe von Berlin passt.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls unschlagbar – zentral, mit toller Anbindung und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem war es im Zimmer angenehm ruhig, sodass wir super schlafen konnten.

Auch das Frühstück war top: große Auswahl, frische Produkte und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Insgesamt merkt man einfach, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität und Atmosphäre gelegt wird.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Radisson Red Berlin zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Klare 10/10! 🙌✨

Snowy, relaxed and productive for my business had attwnded the Fruit Logistica fair.
Pros:

The breakfast had variety of food items, was fresh and the staff reaching out to help. The location of Red is superb would access trains to Messe and top end shopps across the streets. Very clean and setene area. Btw I liked the snowing days it was ohenomeno.

Cons:

I think the hotel needes to have an alacarte menu in the evening. What was available fell short of filling a stomach and not sumptious.

Çalışanların ilgisini ve tesisin iç mimari tasarımını

Cons:

Sabah ısıtıcı ve saç kurutma makinası beraberce çalışınca şalter attı. Acil durumlar için teknik servis yoktu. Beklemeden otelden ayrıldık. Ayrılırken kahve ikram etmeleri güzeldi.
Ayrıca oda için depozite almaları mantıksız.
Hasar olmadığı için iade edeceklermiş. Gereksiz bir uygulama. Umarım iade ederler.

Overall, we were satisfied, but there were a few minor issues.
Pros:

I can confirm the points mentioned in one of the previous reviews. One night, at around 2:00 a.m., there was a critical situation caused by a fire alarm that went off and was extremely loud for about half an hour before it was finally turned off.

I can also confirm that on New Year’s Eve the entrance to the parking garage was blocked from the outside by another car. Fortunately, we needed to enter the parking area rather than exit, so we parked on the street across the road and, as a result, saved the €20 parking fee for that night.

We were not satisfied with the housekeeping, or rather with its appearance. There was visible dirt on the bed linen, and the black matte bathroom doors accumulated noticeable handprints and streaks over several days. It was surprising that this was not addressed during the “cleaning,” as it was very obvious and unpleasant. In practice, the cleaning seemed to consist only of taking out the trash and changing towels.

Despite these issues, overall we were satisfied with the hotel and its location. We even wanted to reserve it again for our next trip, but to our surprise, the minibar has been removed from the list of in-room amenities. We would appreciate clarification from the staff regarding this.

There is only one slow elevator, and it seems a bit old. Usually you should wait elevator a lot.

👉 Un séjour reposant et très satisfaisant, dans un hôtel bien situé avec un service de qualité.
Pros:

Tout était très bien : l’hôtel est propre, calme et confortable, on s’y sent vraiment à l’aise. Le personnel est professionnel et le service global est excellent. L’emplacement est aussi très pratique.

Cons:

Peut-être qu’un espace spa ou détente serait un vrai plus pour se relaxer après une longue journée, mais cela reste simplement une suggestion. Globalement, tout était parfait et je remercie l’équipe pour la qualité du service.
