Drivers must buy an Umweltplakette (fuel-emission sticker) in order to enter central Berlin.

The hotel will check the validity of the credit card at the time of booking, which may include a pre-authorization charge.

Wir haben definitiv die richtige Wahl getroffen. Sowohl die Location als auch das fürsorgliche Personal haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, zu Hause zu sein.

Die Sauberkeit und der starke Teamgeist sind der tüchtigen Frauenhand zu verdanken – egal zu welcher Zeit, die Managerin war stets präsent und aufmerksam.

Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt Frau Thao, die uns herzlich empfangen hat und sofort ein feines Gespür für unsere Kultur zeigte.

Ob Bar oder Rezeption – alle Mitarbeiter waren hervorragend aufeinander abgestimmt und haben als Team perfekt harmoniert.

Vielen herzlichen Dank – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ✨

Hotel modern und schön - fenster sehr alt.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und praktisch eingerichtet. Außerdem ist es sehr sauber und durchdacht. Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Frühstück richtig gut!

Cons:

Die Fenster im Zimmer sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Es ist egal ob das Fenster offen oder zu ist, die Lautstärke bleibt die Gleiche. Natürlich ist es zur Straße hin lauter, aber mit modernen Fenstern wäre das kein Thema. Bei der Restaurierung des Gebäudes, wurden die Fenster wohl außenvor gelassen. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster, ist ein Spalt zu erkennen, durch den man nach draußen schauen kann.(Siehe Bild)
Das hat den Kurzurlaub leider etwas verdorben.

Pros:

I liked the ambience of the hotel - the staff were also friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good especially the à la carte menu

Berlin is just an iconic city, and I'm glad I got to stay at this hotel so I could explore it. Great location, and Damla is very friendly and helped us have a wonderful stay.

Каждый раз посещала этот отель когда была В Берлине.Последний раз расстроил.Был грязный номер,пустые шкафчики(без кофе и чая),лифт плохо работает.Единственное,что персонал хороший на завтраках,а так увы все.Очень испортился ресепшен.Не смотр на то,что у меня не убрали в номере и я заселилась в пыльный номер,я бегала и выпрашивала чайник,халат,полотенца и бумагу.Очень неприятно ,это мой самый любимый отель.В конце я попросила скидку или какой то бонус(за постоянное посещение и за последний не очень хороший номер) меня мягко говоря послали.

Pros:

Very good location, close to Bahnhof Zoo. A bus is right in front of the hotel and a metro station as well. Rooms are clean and well equipped (fridge, kettle, nespresso machine, safety deposit box). Breakfast is good and generous opening times for breakfast. The hotel is very stylish. Staff are very nice.

The closing mechanism of the room doors is loud
