Pros:

O espaço é completo e dá pra passar muitos dias se precisar. O melhor de tudo é que fica perto da praia, padaria, restaurantes. Super bem localizado.

Cons:

Não tenho do que reclamar. A única coisa seria que quem dormiu na sala sentiu um pouco de calor, mas nada de exagerado.

Localização muito boa; Do atendimento na portaria do prédio; restaurante e padaria ao lado do prédio; supermercado, pizzaria e bares próximos.

Cons:

Banheiro um pouco apertado; Quarto sem a maçaneta interna da porta; Encontrei preservativo lacrado no piso ao lado da cama.

Na cozinha não havia lâmpada e, embora estivéssemos em 5 pessoas, só havia 3 copos nos armários.
