Perfect for a quiet stay in Cappadocia but accessible to major parts of the city. Ideal if you need to switch off. Owner also gave us a lift into the centre square at night - which was kind of him and always on hand for help and suggestions.

if you don’t have a car it could be quite difficult to get to the city center.
It is a well-decorated hotel with lots of artistic details. We like the paintings on the walls. The bed was big and very comfortable. The hotel owner was kind and warm. The jacuzzi in our room was fantastic!
The pictures look a bit different than the real rooms. I arrived with a high expectation and was a bit surprised by the success of the fish-eye lens :) And there is no breakfast, we have not noticed that until the morning.
This accomodation is owned by lovely people. It was fresh and clean with excellent shower & heated floor!! The location in quieter Ortahisar suited me very well, the view of Uchisar Castle from my bedroom was incredible. Activity and airport transfers picked up from here no problem.

The owner greeted us with a gift and was waiting for us. The bedroom and the bathroom were spacious and very clean. Everything worked well. The hot tub worked perfectly.
Everything was perfect
We researched our own itinerary, the cave room was very sweet, small and cosy, just perfect for us - we had everything we needed: private bathroom, kettle, amazing view!, narrow but drivable 😂 cute road leading to the hotel, car park and really warm bed.

The room was just as stunning and clean as they appeared in the photos. The owners couldn't have been more welcoming and attentive, always quick to reply on WhatsApp, even late at night. Plus, we had access to a fully equipped kitchen on the property, even though we didn't use it. Thank you Esra for making me feel like home!
Owners were very friendly and helpful. They have even provided very cute local new year gifts for us. The room was clean and comfortable, the bathtub was very nice. It was my best stay in Turkey!
The only difficulty about this wonderful place is it's location. Although it's very close to the center and other tourist attractions, the roads are a bit steep and difficult which may make it impossible to reach in extreme weather conditions such as ice and snow. It's better to check this with the owners just before you come.
I can highly recommend this hotel. The inside of the room is very clean and comfortable and nice interior. The terrace on the roof (public for guests) has a great view. Participating in the tour is not a problem as the bus will pick you up near the hotel. There are no meals at the hotel, but there are several restaurants in town, and we were very satisfied no matter where I ate.
Place is brand new, which explains lack of reviews. Looks exactly like on pictures. I've stayed for 2 nights. Everything was clean, bed was more comfortable than my own. Wifi worked without any issues. I do recommend giving it a try!
