Our room was lovely very comfortable bed and spotless
Very long walk to our room and lift didn't go to our floor so had to drag suitcases up a flight of stairs
On site food options, location. Elemis products
Old tv in room because of this we tried to use a firestick to watch a movie at night and there was then no place to plug it in.
Pool area could maybe to with abit of a refresh.
Just off the main road. Very comfortable bed. Good restaurant.
Bathroom radiator didn't work
Free pool. Very comfy, spacious rooms.
No fridge in the room but lots of snow outside. Sauna is a bit naff.
Location, restaurant staff, ease of getting to by train, cinema on site, swimming pool
Room wasn’t cleaned for 3-4 days in a row; lift wasn’t working; steam room wasn’t working; restaurant food was expensive but not very good quality.
Location & friendly helpful staff
Tired, needs refurbished and updated
The location was perfect in the highlands
Spa facilities were our of order

The property itself, could do with a makeover. The rooms were very dated & needed a good clean! The grounds & location are beautiful!

Location was easy to get too. Breakfast had plenty of variety and the cooked breakfast tasted great. Bedroom was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Shower was powerful. Enjoyed the restaurant food from the Italian so we went back later in the week.
The window didn’t quite shut properly as the latch was broken. Didn’t see this as an issue as we like a little bit of fresh air and the weather was hot. It was only a problem in the morning when people were chatting outside very early in the morning. Found it a little expensive for food and drink when eating in the restaurant.
Dirty, bathroom door warped and had mould. Staff not very helpful
The breakfast choices were good help yourself buffet
Nothing
The room was very nice and up to good standards. There was a buffet breakfast. Very attentive staff all around. Good leisure facilities included with room fee.
The breakfast could have included more cooked items. The room was slightly small given the reputation of the hotel.
Rooms are old, dated and not worth over £150 per night. Left slippers by mistake - phoned reception that day we left and never heard from them again. Hotel reminded me of my old school - not good.
Good breakfast. Nice place.
Shower pressure was barely capable of rinsing the soap off. Room surfaces were thick with dust, hadn't been wiped for a long time. Toilet seat was hanging off... fixed it myself. Extractor didn't work in the bathroom.
