Pros:

They are so helpful and they are so good the owner booked a cab for me and after that he repeatedly calling me when he knows that I'm stuck at the lake side then again he contacted a cab for me. I'll definitely go again when I come to Pokhara next time. And specially the view was amazing from The hotel. I specially recommend The hotel.

Cons:

Nothing but if you go alone then you have to get the local bus for when you want to go at lower side of Pokhara if you are a budget traveler otherwise the cab charges 1000 to 1400 npr .

Absolutely liked everything about Sarangkot hotel new galaxy.The staff at this hotel in Sarangkot were fantastic. Great attitude. Helpful and always available. The bed was super comfy. I will always stay at this location when traveling to or through Sarangkot . M

Pros:

Clean comfortable room beautiful view from the balcony. I stayed for two nights on my way between Kathmandu and Bardiya, and it was just the rest I needed between long bus rides. I slept like a log and had a good shower.
