Pros:

Not good since the hotel had a different name.

Cons:

Gym equipment simply put, the description of the location was incorrect, I canceled it on site.

Only the air-conditioning

Cons:

The first 2 nights the water from the shower was cold, on the 3rd night I changed rooms for hot water. As I walked in the 2nd room there was a cockroach 🪳 in the toilet. The fridge plug was not working. Downstairs at the lobby there was a puddle of water for 2 days that was not controlled. Rats at night were running up and down the wall. The toilets downstairs were dirty. I even took pictures of these incidents

They cancelled on me and I didn't know, they sent an email which I did not see and after a full day's travelling I got to the hotel to find out I had to find somewhere else to stay at 10:30pm. If they cancelled my reservation on booking.com I would have known but they didn't, poor customer service!

Not bad but need to improve the quality of service.
Pros:

Look nice, clean and comfortable for stay short time (1night)

Cons:

Should prepare at least some small sachets of coffee. Must prepare clean towels because in my room got very old and tear one , look so dirty. I can’t use it!!! Also I got broken hot water maker,dangerous.

Clean and staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Posotion not the best... the pool was not that clean but i guess the resson was because was been raining for some days and is a roof top pool.

that pool is open whole night. i really like it. i haven’t use it but was nice to spend time up there under the rain.
the guys from staff provide to me telephone charge - he safe me.

Cons:

i ask floor 7 instead of 2
and staff nicely provide it to me. but windows was towards on another building. so no view. than doesn’t matter which floor if no view.

he girls on reception doesn’t speak English at all. and it was difficult to communicate with her. i use my thai knowledge from school and than we use Google translate.
i ask if breakfast include in my booking ? she said - no
i ask is there is breakfast that i can pay for? she said - no
