The check in was great. Staff member was very helpful. The rooftop area had great views. The washing machine in the room was wonderful, clear instructions. The forced air in bathroom dried my clothes better than most paid dryers in Japan. The room was very large and well organized. I appreciated the stovetop, full size frig/freezer and microwave in room. There was a small garden outside of large room window

Cons:

I was freezing! And I am usually too hot. It seemed like very cold outside air was entering room from a rectangular vent by window. Heater set to 25 and I slept in my sweater, and an extra blanket. The pajamas were so scratchy, they rubbed my skin raw on my chest. Breakfast had very few items for me since I don't eat eggs or bread. There was no rice, barely warm corn soup, and really bad coffee

Pros:

Bardzo przyjemny hotel - szczególnie dla rodzin. Pokoje z kuchnią, łazienką i suszarką do prania. Bardzo minęły personel. Fajnym elementem była wieczorna przekąska/zupa - szczególnie dla dzieci.

Cons:

Super obsługa, świetne pokoje z pełnym wyposażeniem w tym pralka i suszarka. Spokojne miejsce.

Pros:

Decent location, along the river, 2 mins to the metro and not far from the train station either.
Good high end hotel for budget price.
Washing machine in the room was very useful.

Lovely staff, great amenities, interactive lounge
Pros:

The number one thing I can commend about this hotel is the service. The staff were very accommodating and spoke great English.

The additional amenities were also a great plus. The lounge area was interactive and fun, food was great, and overall a nice atmosphere.

Although it wasn’t very close to the main attractions of Kyoto, I felt the walk to be scenic and enjoyable since this hotel is right next to the Kamo River.

Pros:

Very large and comfortable rooms for Japan. Clean and good location. Great value as the price was very good for the quality of the hotel. We stayed 5 nights and left highly satisfied.

キャンペーン価格だったのでかなりお得感加味してとても良かったです。朝食はこの価格帯の宿としてはかなり品数も多くて良かったと思います。
レンフリードリンクやアイスもありがとうございました。スタッフも24時間在中はありがたいです。早朝レンタサイクル対応していただきました

レンタサイクルの自転車のチェーンが錆錆びだったので自転車が可哀想なので注油すると良いと思います！

Pros:

Didn't stay long enough to find put thankfully.

Cons:

Claustrophobic place and could not stay here at all. Sourced other accommodation immediately after seeing the messy reception area and the claustrophobic rooms.

Pros:

Clean, 4 beds. Staff very friendly and helpful!

Cons:

No face washers and no servicing of the room until day 3, which was our check out day. Very small, no room for luggage even in the family suite. Breakfast limited selection. On a main road, noisy at times. The hall way felt like prison cells. Had to get a taxi for Kyoto station or a bus.

Pros:

A super clean, efficient, comfortable and well-located hotel just a 2 min walk from Shichijo station and a 20-minute walk to Kyoto central station. It is also a walking distance to many attractions - Kiyomizu-dera temple, Gion district, Nishiki market. The rooms are spacious by Japanese standards and equipped you everything you need. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel was offered good breakfast and all drinks an dsnacks were free of charge throughout the day.
