Pros:

Room was a great size for our family. We booked the rooms that had two bunk beds and two twins. Everything was super clean and they had so many special extras offered - breakfast, drinks, toiletries. Overall, a really enjoyable stay.

Cons:

We were on the first floor and our room didn't have a view.

It was a superb stay and we would recommend the hotel to everyone we know! We hope to come back soon
Pros:

Not only the hotel was fantastic, but the people at the reception were absolutely amazing, very helpful and kind.
They even give us bikes to go around for 2 hours for free!
The kitchen was impecable and they even provided rice for free.

Cons:

Nothing, we loved everything!

Well located, spacious rooms, and lovely staff. Recommend!
Pros:

We had a very spacious room, perfect to unwind in after long days sightseeing in Kyoto. The hotel staff, particularly Jeff, was incredibly helpful - he let us have an early check in on a rainy day and always checked in on us.

Cons:

Our room was on a lower ground floor and there was less natural light coming in, but it was still a decent amount of light and we weren’t in the hotel for many daylight hours.

An excellent hotel for the price you pay. Very much enjoyed our time here.
Pros:

This hotel was excellent. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the fragrant smell of flowers and the gentle music, you know you are in for a good time. We were greeted by a wonderful staff member named Jeff, who was very welcoming and courteous.

The hotel had excellent facilities included, with a filling breakfast, laundry facilities in-room, and several small additional niceties such as comfortable loungewear/pajamas, free snacks, and toiletries to replace any that go missing.

The hotel itself was well-located with a train station nearby and easy access to the city only a short walk over the bridge. Staff were informative and helpful any time we had questions. We will stay here again the next time we come.

Cons:

Nothing. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Definitely recommended!
Pros:

The location is perfect! Very close to the main attractions, but not in a tourist area. The staff is incredible! They are so helpful in any possible way!

The hotel has bicycles, that you can use, such a great idea!

Cons:

We did not really like the idea of bunk beds. It's easy for young people, not for elderly

A sweet stay from start to finish!
Pros:

Everything! The hotel thoughts about every possible amenity to make our stay wonderful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The toiletries smell amazing and work very well. I also appreciated the well appointed kitchen. The staff is top notch, kind, resourceful, and helpful. We adored the popsicles and access to soft drinks!

We liked everything!
