Accueil très bien , mais nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir des sous-vêtements dans le placard de la cuisine, de la vaisselle sale et collante, du maquillage sur le sol de la salle de bain, une table pas lavé. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles nous avons trouvé cela un peu léger. Personnel de la réception très compréhensible après vérification de la situation ils ont réalisé un petit geste commerciale.

Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel Ligo per 5 notte (2 adulti e 1 bambino di 9 anni). Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento deluxe senza colazione, troppo cara per le nostre esigenze. L'hotel presenta alcuni aspetti positivi ma altri negativi. Sicuramente la posizione, nonostante la stradina in cui si trova non sia molto attraente, risulta positiva per la vicinanza a Rue de la republique che con una passeggiata di pochi minuti porta al quartiere di Le Panier e in 10 minuti conduce al Porto vecchio, pieno di locali e punto di partenza di diversi tour. Altro punto a favore la gentilezza del personale, la presenza di un angolo con dei giochi per i più piccoli e la possibilità di riempire gratuitamente H24 le borracce con acqua naturale o frizzante, cosa che ci ha fatto risparmiare notevolmente. Passando alle note dolenti: la pulizia delle stanze non è adeguata a un 4*, inoltre l'ultimo giorno la nostra stanza non è stata pulita tuttavia, su nostra richiesta, abbiamo avuto subito asciugamani puliti. Il nostro appartamento deluxe, a dispetto di quanto indicato nella prenotazione, non aveva alcun terrazzo ma, cosa per noi più scomoda, non aveva il tavolo con le sedie, come mostrato nelle foto sul sito. Tranne un giorno, abbiamo fatto colazione sempre fuori, visto che sulla via principale ci sono due forni a pochi metri dall'hotel, ma la mancanza del tavolo da pranzo è strana, visto che l'appartamento è fornito anche di cucina con frigo, microonde, stoviglie e, addirittura, lavastoviglie!

The room was clean, however when we arrived we did not have enough towels in the room including no hand towels or bath mat. We also did not have any cups in the room. The smart TV doesn't work.

The room wasn't cleaned during our stay. Towels were left in the room in the late afternoon, but the dirty cups were not replaced, nor was the rubbish removed during a 2 night stay.

However, the main reason I wouldn't recommend this hotel is due to my experience with the staff. They actually went out of their way to be unhelpful. I encountered Lena at the front desk multiple times, each time she did nothing to cooperate or help. I broke my phone on the last day and could not access my boarding pass and was in disbelief as the lack of help from them.

Notre séjour à étais magnifique je n' ai jamais vu un hôtel aussi propre très beau salle de bain nickel les chambres très bien accueil très accueillant on à adorait je les conseillers à mes amies bien placée .

Au centre de Marseille. On peut se déplacer facilement à pieds et surtout coté plage.

Even though the neighbourhood is not five stars, the hotel it’s staff and breakfast certainly are.

Nice and clean. Walking distance to the shops and old port.

Bien situé secteur tranquille. Pas d’air climatisé dans l’une des 2 chambres. Très bon petit déjeuner.

I was so grateful to the staff for letting us check in so late due to a wildfire and the airport delaying our flight. He kept in touch over WhatsApp. The rooms are huge for Europe! We were very comfortable. AC in July was super cold! Great place if you’re just sight seeing for a few days and not in the room too much and in need of a pool etc. thank you Hotel Ligo!

Modern hotel with bigger room. Location is closed to old port. Customer service is good. Nice breakfast with many choices.

Had a great stay!

good hotel, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. But NO air conditioning - which during a heatwave was miserable.

Rooms were also not the cleanliest. Cloud have been better!
