Pros:

Had an excellent stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, the mirrors were crystal clear, and the bathroom was extremely clean and well-maintained. Everything was neat, hygienic, and properly arranged. The overall experience was very comfortable and pleasant. Really appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. Highly recommended! Would love to stay here again. 😊

Don't book this property, they are the best cheater , they deny booking after showing confirmation.
They show very much attractive offer through various platforms like booking.com.
After booking confirmation they told they have no any confirming mail, and they advised to contact booking.com.

Location was so far, reached late and tired but person at reception was really unprofessional and like not happy to see us & also he was checking my partner travel history from passport without permission not asking what he really need as we gave out passport as ID. Later i was really disappointed with the cleanliness of my room during my stay. The room was not cleaned properly asked them to change towels and linen right away we see room, and the washroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic literally there were small snails crawling on walls. This is unacceptable for a hotel. Housekeeping standards need serious improvement.
Person who was serving breakfast was good and kind.

I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

Rooms are good and spacious and the location was good, it has a nice restaurant with good views

Cons:

We booked it for 2 nights, total cost for 2 days was around ₹1800, which was really cheap, so we booked it, but for some reason we couldn't check in first day and we reached 2nd day morning, they were nice enough to cancel the first day booking and let us check in... But to our surprise, they said the room price for 1 day is ₹1800, when we said we booked it for 2 days, they said "we don't have any rooms for that price"... So we paid the the same regardless, so no complaints on that but that was definitely unprofessional behaviour. The room was spacious but the bathroom had issues with drainage system and the water from flush was overflowing into shower area which was disgusting, however upon calling, they fixed it relatively quickly.

Classical & spacious stay at the heart of Mall
Pros:

Best is location - on the Mall. Hotel is a bit old structure with classical touch. Spacious rooms with balcony and view. Dining terrace with Himalayan view is just magnificent. Entrance approach road is superb.The hotel room service staffs, particularly Sikandar- is charming and very helping. An excellent place to stay at Mussoorie.

Nothing to dislike. All good

Pure wastage of money
Pros:

Nothing pure waste of money of 6k for 2 rooms

Cons:

Ac was not there
Balcony view was not there
Staff was also not supportive for room change
Also breakfast was included and they were like no its not includes then they said only for adult not for child and for breakfast they gave 2 paratha and 1 tea what a joke

But they saying we offer breakfast for adults only and limited 2 paratha and one cup of tea for 1 adult only they give breakfast for 6 adults only after that we pay to hotel for children and for adults also

Staff is not cooperative
