The property is very central to the markets and the palaces. It is also a stone throw away from all the restaurants. There is a reasonably priced laundry facility on the roof which is easy to use. There is also a close line on the roof to dry clothes in addition to a dryer. The breakfast is exceptional and staff are exceptional as well. One staff member in particular, Mason, speaks English very well and is a wealth of knowledge with tips about the area and the culture. He was extremely helpful, kind and generous with his time and knowledge.

Cons:

There was nothing to not like.

We had a good stay and Simple stay is a decent place for its price and its location is excellent.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. However, it was almost the same breakfast menu every day. A few variations would have been good. The staff were friendly and helped us with phone chargers and adapters, which was very good. We were also glad to have the laundry facilities, which is a real bonus for budget travellers.

Cons:

The double bed occupied the whole room. With all the luggage, it was a bit difficult for one of us to navigate

Simple is exactly what you will get at Simple Stay

The whole lobby and breakfast setup is a bit awkward. Even before you enter there’s loose gravel in the entry. Language may have been a factor but communication was just okay and the room… well it was simple. Very small. No nightstands. No real vanity area. No counter space in the bathroom. You had to sit carefully on the toilet to avoid hitting your shoulder on the toilet paper dispenser. One pro I will acknowledge was the ice machine in the lobby.

Lo pasé muy bien allí. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera que vaya por primera vez a Seúl
Pros:

El desayuno está muy bien, variado, fresco, abundante. La máquina de café y otros amenities las 24 hs están muy bien.
La ubicación es muy buena, a metros de calles Supyo-ro y Donhwamun-ro-11-gil, que tienen mucho movimiento, especialmente a la noche; y muy cerca de Avenida Jong-Ro y de muchas estaciones de subterráneo.
La habitación está muy bien. Por supuesto no es de gran tamaño (parece que en Japón y Corea suele ser así), pero me sentí muy cómodo allí.

Cons:

No diría que NO me gustó, pero me resultó dificil encontrar el hotel, porque las aplicaciones de geolocalización (Google maps) no son tan precisas y el hotel está en una cortada muy pequeña que está a pocos metros de una calle amplia (Donhwamun-ro-11-gil), por lo que estando en esa calle me indicaba "ya llegaste", pero no era correcto. Tuve que ir preguntando.

Excellent value for money on great location
Pros:

Staff were exceptionally helpful.
Location was excellent with direct bus 6002 from ICN airport. Within walking distance of all attractions.
Room was well insulated so we could sleep comfortably without aircon.
Fantastic value for money

Cons:

Breakfast was fairly basic but was inexpensive.
We took room with spa bath, but didn't use it and it felt weird to have bath in bedroom.
No proper window in a room, but helped with adjusting to timezone

stay for the location :)
Pros:

great location & accessibility; spacious rooms.

Cons:

you can hear everything happening inside the hotel - every step in the hall, doors opening & closing; the bath/ shower is old; the window is quite small.
