Il soggiorno presso SimpleStay è stato perfetto per 5 giorni, la zona
era collegata molto bene, ma comunque il costo dei taxi non è eccessivo.
La colazione aveva il necessario sia per il dolce che per il salato e lo staff
molto cortese.
L'unica pecca, per così dire perchè poi in realtà ci si abitua subito è la doccia,
tipica coreana, quindi l'intero bagno diventa la doccia, ma si asciuga tutto subito e alla fine
è abbastanza funzionale.
Great location that was within 5-10 minutes from many metro stations and easy to get to the tourist spots quickly. Also near a large restaurant street with bustling night life. My room was quiet so I was never bothered. The morning buffet was filling and had variety. I felt very safe as a female traveler. The front desk was very friendly and helped give great dining suggestions.
Hôtel au coeur d'un quartier très vivant, mais calme la nuit. Le personnel a été très accueillant et très disponible. Le petit-déjeuner était simple mais très complet.
De locatie is erg goed. Midden in jongno. Helaas is de ingang in een smerig steegje, maar hoe dan ook voor al je toeristische wensen hoef je niet ver te gaan.
De kamer was zeer verouderd, en er was veel herrie op straat. De kamer leek boven een soort laad en los plek te liggen waar veel werd geschreeuwd de hele nacht door.

On the positive side, the location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially a young male receptionist working the evening shift who stood out for his professionalism. Housekeeping was consistent—towels were changed daily, bins emptied, and the bed was made. The bed itself was quite comfortable. The room also came with useful amenities like air conditioning, a dehumidifier, and a TV with smart apps. Access to a laundry room was also very handy.
However, there were several downsides. We booked a Deluxe Spa Room, which was advertised as having both a full-sized bathtub and a separate shower, but this was not the case—there was only a rain shower over the bath. The room felt run down, with visible cracks in the bath and flooring, and what appeared to be mold that had been painted over. Some fixtures were loose, which added to the overall worn-out feel.
The breakfast, although included, was very basic and repetitive—limited options like lukewarm scrambled eggs, frankfurters, cheese, toast with jam, a bit of salad, and drinks like coffee, water, and juice. It didn’t feel particularly fresh or varied.
Noise was also an issue. The walls are thin, so you can hear everything from the hallway, as well as water running and toilets flushing from rooms above. The room only had one small window with dark film, so there was very little natural light unless you opened it. Since the bathroom wasn’t separated from the room, it became stuffy quite quickly.
Overall, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, especially considering this was supposed to be a deluxe room—it makes me wonder what the standard rooms are like.

All the stars are for the friendly staff. We received a warm welcome from a young, male staff member and the hotel were happy to keep our luggage for a few hours after we'd checked out. The same staff member was great at allowing us to use the facilities to get freshened up for our trip to the airport and offered us juice while we waited.
The location is handy for metro but it's in smack bang in the middle of party Central. There are bars and eating places everywhere, street is full of revellers and it's very noisy at night. Great to visit but not to stay in, we could hear them till the early hours. The hotel is situated down a side street and we struggled to find it on arrival and more so when we returned at night as the same street was unrecognisable once the pop up restaurants had dominated the pavements.
The room, like the hotel is very basic, more like a hostel. We had no room to move, no room to put our suitcases, nowhere to unpack but had a massive bath behind the bed which looked like it had never been used. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms but more like partitions of the main bedroom.
Breakfast was more basic than the room. Cold scrambled egg, lukewarm frankfurters, toast and jam. Very poor coffee in a paper cup and a makeshift plastic walled dining area stuck on to the front of the street.
Airport bus stop was seven minutes walk but felt like 15 through the very busy streets.
I booked based on great reviews, they were either from people who are more used to backpackers hostels or who took advantage of the hotel's free gift in return for a five star review.
Thank goodness we were only staying two nights before heading home. We almost checked out after the first night and if it had been at the start of our trip we would have.

Incheon havaalanından büyük valizlerle indik, normalde metro tercih ederiz ama yük ağır olunca hemen çıkıştaki limuzin otobüslere kişi başı 17 bin won verip Jong-no 3 durağında indik. Otele sadece 5 dk. yürüyerek vardık. Çok kibar bir resepsiyon görevlisi bizi karşıladı. Girişte 24 saat su, buz ve kahve makinesi var. Odalar resimdekilerin aynısı ve geniş. 13-16 metrekare olmasına rağmen iyi planlanmış, içeride son model elektronik malzemeler kullanılmış. Samsung klima, büyük boy tv, hava temizleme cihazı, ısıtıcı, kettle, çay-kahve, büyük boy saç kurutma makinesi, odanın içinde büyük bir küvet, ayrıca ayrı bir bölümde tuvalet ve duş var. Oda temiz. Yatak-yastık rahat. Prizler sayıca yeterli. Pencere küçük ama açılıyor, odada ve banyoda duvarlar aynalı. Odanıza günlük su konuyor. İnternet çok hızlı, 450 mbps.
Yürüyerek şehir merkezine 20 dakikada, tarihi yerlerin girişine 15 dakikada, hatta BTS konser alanına 25 dakika mesafede. Otobüs hattına 5, metro hattına 7 dakika uzaklıkta.
Kahvaltıda peynir, domates, sosis, çırpılmış yumurta, ekmek, mısır gevreği, reçel, tereyağı, yeşillik, hazır paket noddle, zeytin, bacon var. Ziyadesiyle yeterli, memnun kaldık.
Daha iyi olabilecek tek husus muhit. İçkili Kore restoranlarının bulunduğu, benim Ankara Ulus'a benzettiğim bir yerde otel, ara sokakta.
Son gün ayrılırken valizlerimizi ücretsiz şekilde kabul edip akşam bir şişe su eşliğinde teslim ettiler. Havaalanına nasıl gideceğimizi, bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını ve havaalanı otobüsünün nakit ve kredi kartı kabul ettiği gibi kıymetli bilgiler verdiler.
