Clean room, kind staff

I am staying regularly.
The stays are always good!
It’s very clean and the check in staff is very kind!
Only lately they have changed the offered breakfast and it’s slightly disappointing. Otherwise, all good!

안전. 편리함

It was like a 5-star hotel.

Situé dans un quartier animé avec restaurants. Bon accueil mais le personnel ne parle quasiment pas anglais. Usage du traducteur obligatoire. Je comprends mieux pourquoi ils n'ont jamais répondu à mon message avant mon arrivée. De plus il est souvent absent de la réception. Très belle chambre, grande et confortable. Parking gratuit avec possibilité de se garer à celui du Coffee Smith juste à côté où se prend le petit déjeuner. D'ailleurs celui-ci est très basique, mal tenu et rangé avec une hygiène douteuse. Boissons chaudes et eau à disposition gratuitement. Laverie gratuite au 2ème étage avec lessive fournie.

Des points sont à améliorer mais cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix.

아주 깨끗하고 방음이 잘되어 편안한 침대에서 푹 잠을 잘 수 있었습니다. 친절한 직원께 고맙다고 전하고 싶네요. 무료 아메리카노 커피와 아침 식사도 좋았어요. 바로 앞에 롯데 마트 맥스도 있고. 거의 최고 수준

늦게 도착했는데 프론트직원이 친절하게 맞아주셨어요. 위치 좋고 호텔 좋았어요.
다만 조식은 좀 많이 아쉬웠습니다.

A random choice for my business trip. Very clean brand new small hotel, large room doors and full size windows. All the necessary amenities. A very kind lady at the reception. Minimal but sufficient breakfast. Will definitely stay again.

목포 신도시 평화광장 인근에 자리잡은 중소규모 호텔입니다. 조식은 간단한 샌드위치와 과일을 드실 수 있으나, 호텔내가 아니라 가까이에 있는 카페에서 제공합니다.
젊음의 광장이 가까이에 있어 편의시설이 잘 되어있고, 많은 맛집들이 있어서 맛난 식사도 할 수 있으며, 흥겨운 분위기에서 멋진 밤문화를 즐길 수도 있습니다.
저녁에는 평화광장 앞바다에서 화려한 분수쇼를 볼 수도 있습니다.
가까이에 명물인 갓바위도 있어서 아침에 산책하기도 좋습니다.

아주 청결하였고
호텔주변 바다 경관은 일품이었음.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Heritage Hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It felt new and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Lots of space for luggage. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Wonderful bathroom (with bidet) and shower with all extra amenities (shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, comb, razor, etc.). The BIGGEST television I have ever seen. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were made and extra towels provided. Free coffee (Americano, vanilla latte, mocha), water, and ice in the lobby. More water in the mini fridge. We stayed for 5 days, so what was fabulous was that there was onsite washer and dryer (free with detergent and dryer sheets). Heritage Hotel is also conveniently across the street from the Lotte Maxx (think Costco), so if you need to explain to a taxi driver where your hotel is located, tell them that. The hotel is also walking distance from restaurants and the Peace Park on the waterfront. The only small disappointment was the included breakfast (eggs, toast, cereal, bananas) which was offsite (and you had to get a breakfast ticket for each morning). But honestly, we got such an amazing deal through Hotels.com. So thankfully we stayed at the Heritage Hotel. Highly recommend!

매우 깨끗하고 안락함

가성비 아주 좋릉 호텔입니다. 객실내 모든 시설이 현대적이고, 딱 필요한 시설만 구비되어 있습니다. 다음에도 이용할 것 같습니다. 추천합니다.

We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is well located. There are many restaurants nearby.
The room was large and very comfortable.
Toiletries (shampoo, body wash, etc.) are of high quality. Staff is nice and helpfull (with Google Translate).
We did not take the breakfast because it ended too early for us.
Only weakness: there are no hooks or bars to place towels in the bathroom. A very minor problem.
We would definitely go back to this hotel.
