The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The breakfast was lovely. My room was lovely with a great power shower. It was very clean. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe there.

A centrally located hotel with helpful staff who put effort into making one’s stay enjoyable
Pros:

The hotel had an enormous top-floor dining room with a picture window with a great view of the city.

Cons:

The rooms were small but the bathrooms were spacious and they had the best fluffiest towels we’ve had on our trip!

Pros:

The hotel centally located. Closed to nice restaurants, 8 minute walk to the nearest cable car. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and bed is very comfortable. However the best assets of this hotel is the staff. Very welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Exceptional service!

Staff is helpful and stay is comfortable
Pros:

It is clean and tidy, and location is perfect. It is closed to down town and the witches market. And around 10 mins walk to cable car station

Cons:

The ventilation of bathroom is not good, we will need to close the bathroom door to avoid the smell, but generally this hotel is worth for cost

I’ve stayed at hotels for 35 years and never had a staff member do more to help with a difficult personal situation having nothing to do with the hotel. No Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons has a staff member better than Victor. Extremely grateful.

Comfortable stay in le Paz
Pros:

The property is in a great location, close to the Witches market, 5 minute walk to Basilica of San Francisco, 10 minute walk to Telerifico Obelisco.
Room was light and comfortable with a great shower. Cleaning staff were really friendly and turned washing (charged for by weight ) around quickly even though I did not use express service.
Paid for early check in as we were really tired and it included breakfast.
Breakfast is good and one can order an omlette without having to pay extra.
If you need a packed meal because of early checkout or excursions you just need to notify them. All reception, restaurant and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful.
Each floor has a lounge area with a panoramic view of the city.

Cons:

WiFi is sometimes slow however this is a challenge in much of Bolivia.
