Haphan Hotel And Apartment

When I wanted to check in, the lady said it wasn't possible because the hotel was fully booked. I showed her my valid reservation. After about 15 minutes, she finally found it in her files. However, my room had already been given to another guest, probably at a much higher price since two public holidays were coming up. She then tried again to turn me away, among other things questioning my visa. In the end, she gave me a room, which I only accepted due to a lack of alternatives. Contrary to my booking, there was no balcony, no view, no TV, and the room was much smaller than promised. Of course, the price didn't change. This is deliberate fraud! And that's not all. The Vietnamese guests in the hotel were shouting in the stairwell late at night and early in the morning, smoking, and leaving a pile of dirt behind them. A good night's sleep was out of the question. So: stay away from this scam!

I booked a bigger room with a balcony but the owner never gave me that. She gave me a very small room with 1 small window. She told me its booking.com’s fault and not her.

The room was not cleaned when i arrived at 3:30pm. Checkin time is 2:00pm. I had to wait 2 more hours before i could checkin. I work and travel and this caused me to miss 2 meetings because of the unprofessional owner. They didnt even give me water bottles or toiletry or even a glass and kettle. Worst stay in Vietnam

The owner also said she dosent care because i stayed only 1 night. cheating people. Will never stay in this sh*ty hotel ever again. Wont recommened to anyone.

There is no balcony or cooking facilities (microwave etc)

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. The refrigerator was covered in mold and had a terrible, musty smell, making it unusable. After 10 PM, all the entrances are locked, and you can only get in or out by waking the host. There was also a lot of noise from the market below our windows when they were packing up and leaving.

I did reservation by card through booking.com but they take only cash.

bed was very hard

The staff does not know a word in English or how to use the Visa machine (so we had to pay in cash). Also when you step in the shower water comes from underneath the tiles 🤨

Photos were a bit misleading. I expected with a kitchen based on the photos, but it was just the Queen room. Could be more clear in the description.
