Location is good, but staff and people behind the scene are just for money.

Our lives were worth less than a boom barrier to Toscana Valley

I have never been more disgusted by a hotel’s priorities. My family (51, 52, and 13 years old) nearly died when the golf cart we rented from the hotel suffered a total brake failure on a steep hill. We were hurtling downhill at nearly 70 km/h.

I managed to steer us to safety, but we had to clip the boom barrier to avoid a fatal crash. When we reported this—not to complain, but to warn them not to let anyone else drive that death trap—the staff’s response was chilling.

They didn't ask if we were okay. They didn't offer a glass of water. Instead, they held us hostage for 2 hours at checkout, threatening us with a 20,000 THB bill for the plastic barrier. It wasn't until they realized the repair was cheap that they "allowed" us to leave. They cared more about a piece of wood than the three people who almost died on their watch. Avoid this place if you value your safety and dignity.

วิวสวยมาก เงียบสงบไม่มีคนพลุกพล่าน ภายในห้องก็สะอาดดี อาหารอร่อยมาก พนักงานก็ดูแลดี ลูกชายชอบสนามเด็กเล่นมากๆ

แอร์อยู่ในตำแหน่งตรงกับเตียงนอนพอดี เวลานอนแอร์ก็เป่าหน้าทั้งคืน ปรับเท่าไรก็ยังเป่าหน้าอยู่ดี และหมอนนิ่มเกินไป นอนไม่ค่อยหลับเลย

The ambience of Toscana valley is superb.
Rooms in Town Square suites are large albeit now looking a little tired.

Cons:

Rooms & shutters etc. are looking a little tired. Website say Amex is supported but when I tried to book payment was rejected (by the hotel). So I booked with Booking.com.
Then when I checked out Amex was declined again! So was my other two credit cards! Evidently staff error as another staff member processed it fine!
Major gripe with our room was a toilet with near zero flushing ability.
I will leave tge rest to your imagination..👃🙈

Cons:

, the level of service was disappointing, especially considering that the price is not cheap, for the following reasons:
• The bathroom was not clean.
• The bed sheets were not clean.
• The slippers provided in the room had already been used.
• There were cockroaches in the room and a spider in the closet.
• The room had an unpleasant odor.
• Most importantly, despite being in a tourist area, it was very difficult to communicate with the staff (including reception) as they do not speak English.

We sincerely hope that the hotel management will address these issues promptly, as they significantly affect the comfort and overall experience of the guests.
