Our rooms are designed to enjoy tourism in the center of Madrid at a competitive price and are mainly designed to rest, taking into account that some rooms are interior or do not have a window. -Smoking or parties will be cause for immediate expulsion from the accommodations and fines from 99€.
-Losing the key has a penalty of 49€.
-If you leave the keys in the lock of the house from the inside it will be necessary to call a locksmith, this cost will have to be paid by the guest.

La ubicación y el precio

Cons:

Las habitaciones tienen las paredes muy finas y se oye mucho todo lo que pasa alrededor, además la habitación que nos tocó a nosotros no tenía ventanas.Hay un solo baño y para las 8 personas que hay en el recinto se queda pequeño. Ademas el check in es un poco complejo al principio pero quitando todo esto por el precio, la verdad que tiene muy buena calidad y la ubicación es perfecta

Decepcionante pero funcional
Pros:

La ubicación es muy céntrica

Cons:

El acceso es algo complicado, las chapas no funcionan del todo. Las paredes son súper delgadas y se escucha todo. Solo hay un baño para como 10 personas y había cucarachas.
En el cuarto no hay absolutamente nada de amenidad mas allá de las toallas.

Habitación económica básica pero bien ubicada
Pros:

Habitación básica pero suficiente y cama cómoda. Precio razonable para lo que se recibe. Buena ubicación en la zona centro. Si solo quieres dormir sin para tiempo en la habitación, va perfecto.

Cons:

Autocheckin un poco complicado y el acceso algo confuso de primeras porque tienes que pasar por 3 puertas. Habitación sin ventana, y el piso interior y poco ventilado. El baño a veces no era suficiente para todos y se hacía cola. Nos tocó la habitación al lado y se oía el trajín para el baño y la ducha.
