Comfortable, clean and lovely.
Pros:

The location was beautiful, next to a stream and near a giant torii gate. The room was very clean and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Close to the subway station. Very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our 5 night stay here as a base in Kyoto.

スタッフの方も感じが良くてとても快適でした。
Pros:

平安神宮でのイベントに行くのにアクセスが良く、部屋も清潔で快適でした。
トイレとバスルームが別々なの使い勝手が良かったです。

Cons:

特にこれと言ってないですが、強いていうなら施設と言うよりも、月曜日の宿泊だったせいか、周りの飲食店が休日のところが多くて、飲食店のチョイスに限りがある事。

目的地、最寄駅から近かった
静かで落ち着いている
お風呂とトイレが別で良い
内装が新しく、とても美しい
備え付けシャンプーの品質がとてもよかった
アメニティが充実している（歯ブラシの品質が良かった。イノダコーヒーのドリップパックがあるのはとても嬉しい）
ベッド枕ともに気持ちが良かった

Cons:

ベッドで就寝する姿勢をとった際に、姿見（の中）が視界に入るのが少し気になります

Cool area but the room was not matching the photos
Pros:

Good area

Cons:

There were bed bugs in our bed as i woke up with like 10 red spots itching, when i asked the staff about it they said they gonna clean the room next day, its unacceptable protocol for possible bed bugs.. also on the photos the room looked bright, when in reality its a dark little hole, also there was no toilet brush
