Good location
Pros:

I liked the location and facilities.

Cons:

The room itself was disappointing it had molded on the wall and the stove didn't work and couldn't get the shower to work.

Pros:

A nice development clean tidy and the staff very friendly and helpful and a few minutes walk to a nice little mall and a 400 peso taxi to the bigger malls at fairview. Our room was a basic studio with everything needed including a videoki machine which I'm sure the neighbours would appreciate if used but no hot shower so tabo only, all the elevators work and the pools clean and not too busy overall good value for the money and would go back.

Cons:

No hot shower but wasn't a big deal the room aboves aircon leaked dripping water onto our unit outside which was annoying thru the nyt but an enjoyable stay.

I've been to countless hotels, condo unit, hostels in the past - in this country and even to other countries but this unit here in Quezon City absolutely traumatized me with the poor amenities, awful smell inside the room, lack of toiletries, water kettle not working and uncomfortable bed and smelly linens. Imagine the reputation of the professional Filipino people ,in general, being renowned as hospitable, hygienic in their ways then you experienced a horrendous stay due to lack of regular cleaning, washing and maintenance checks. It seems someone (not a paid GUEST) was occupying the room, before my very checked in date, and just rolled the quite heavy mattress quickly inside the closet that almost fall on me when I opened the closet. I had the worst sleep quality too as I did not use the pillows which smelt so bad so then I improvised a roll of my own clothing to lay my head on. The past reviews were real and had been posted as feedback several times in the past, but the host seemed like a scammer who would tell you it was just a mishap for not having the items they posted to be available like a roll of TISSUE! Host shamelessly told me it was unfortunate and was forgotten to be furnished, offered to refund me if I go buy myself a roll of tissue at the convenience store nearby, what a hassle. Host seemed to be pimping the guest for payment with this below standard unit. To the host - this unit is a reflection of you as a person! You should unlist this property unit from Booking.com and be discontinued for any guest stay in the future.

It's a place to sleep..
Pros:

It's a place to sleep...nothing else .
Smell is not acceptable..
Looks someone is staying in the place....just hide stuffs to accommodate us. But it's everywhere closets and others..

It was a convenient place to visit family and friends in the UP Diliman , Quezon City area .

Cons:

There are a few issues regarding my stay :
1. The bathroom was not cleaned properly . There were many strands of hair blocking the strainer on the shower recess.
2. The towels need to be replaced as it was fraying leaving fluff on my body after drying my body with the towels .
3. The shower rod was coming off when using the shower head .
4. The bed sheet seems smaller than the bed
5. The pillow covers are so worn and requires replacing .
6 . No ironing board
7. The toilet had trouble flushing
8. The actual photos in the website does not coincide with the room itself . Please update your photos .
9. The foldable table requires replacement . It seems very fragile to be used as a table .
10. The room is sufficient as a bedsitter , but the amenities requires an update .

Comfortable and homely. 😊❤️

I like that it has useful and practical furnitures and appliances. 😊

Cons:

Not actually about the property. It was during super typhoon so we weren’t able to enjoy the whole amenities including the pool. However, the owner is kind enough to offer a free visit and use of the pool anytime I want. ❤️
