Loved my stay in Huntley, hope to return.
From the moment my car pulled up to the entrance, the staff provided an absolutely delightful experience. The valet service was incredibly efficient and welcoming, immediately setting a positive tone for my arrival. This exceptional level of care extended seamlessly through the entire check-in process, where every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism. What truly stood out was the remarkable attentiveness of everyone I encountered; it felt as though each member of the team was actively anticipating my needs and eager to assist in any way possible. This consistent and proactive approach to hospitality made me feel genuinely valued and looked after during my entire stay. I was thoroughly impressed and loved every aspect of it!

Room was great, clean tidy, the hallways didn't have an odor, lobby and top restaurant where nice.
Front desk staff were not overly welcoming, that's for sure. For 550 a night I expected a little more.

Hotel ma zdecydowanie problem z obsługa klientów. Zostałem w zasadzie oskarżony o kradzież jakiegoś batonika z minibaru za około 10$ i pobrano mi te kwotę bezprawnie z depozytu. Pieniądze wzięte bez zgody właściciela są pieniędzmi kradzionymi i tak podchodzę do tej sytuacji.
The decor felt a little tacky and, honestly, wasn’t quite to our taste. However, the comfortable beds and spacious room definitely improved our overall experience.
One thing that could be improved is the lighting. The switches weren’t very convenient, and the lights were quite bright. In particular, when entering the bathroom, the lights turned on at full brightness, which unfortunately woke up my daughters during the night. Softer lighting and more convenient switches would make the room much more comfortable, especially for families.

The AC is noisy and flow of air is not comfortable. I’ve been here before 4 years ago , but the place kept as is without room renovation. The place requires renovation. Prices gone up but the place kept as is.
