We loved our stay at the Huntley, and will be staying there again soon.
Pros:

We liked the room, the location, and the view.

Cons:

The parking was too expensive. From the ad it sounds like parking was provided for no charge, not $60/night.

Great location and the most comfortable beds!
Pros:

Great location! The beds were comfy, the rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly and we enjoyed the hot tub. We would absolutely stay here again. Great value!

Misleading and deceptive on line photos of room views.
Pros:

The rooftop restaurant was absolutely fabulous. The service was top notch.

Cons:

Room photos of view on line did not match. Questioned manager if wrong room, she admitted frustration of the AI photos used from rooftop restaurant view applied to room windows. No room to move us to that night but would next day. No attempt to follow through. Deceptive and misleading transaction in sale of services as per BPC 17200 and Civ code 17500. Transparency should be paramount in advertising as per California Law AB723. Guests should have the right to know.

The ambiance and fragrance of entrance

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a discrepancy with my card on file to charge for our dinner. We received a notice under the door during the night then another one in the morning. I understand the Hotel is trying to get compensation for a card that failed but I immediately in the morning before i checked out I ensured to address it.

Pros:

The surrounding, and couple of people of the staff were nice.

Cons:

Small and not well equipped rooms, soundproofing should improve , and poor gym. Too expensive to the quality it offers in general.

A memorable vacation for my daughter, granddaughter and I.
Pros:

the dinner meal we had in the restaurant was fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised to see a complimentary snack and bottle of wine in our room. The view from our room was beautiful both morning and evening.
