Doesn't have a pool
The property is clean. The rooms is clean
But the problem is too small. is only for two people every rooms. If you have kids, is not good for kids this
It was beautiful, clean and comfortable! The location was excellent as well.
You could hear the music from the rooftop from our floor but it wasn’t too bad.

I stayed in 17 floor. I floor 18 was officially restaurant. BUT restaurant changed in night club over my bad! Very noisy! I could not sleep. I asked manager for moving. He was very arrogant. I asked for refund of my money. No answer. Only told me …tonight is Saturday! That is normal. Noise was in hotel every where. Maybe dawn floor was better. The elevator was as sound subwoofer.

This hotel makes it worth staying in Santa Monica for more than one day. The option to borrow bicycles for free was great.
We were charged for the mineral water in our room even though we hadn't opened or drunk it; the hotel charges a fee simply for removing the bottle from the scale. We could have been informed of this at check-in—especially considering we had children with us.
