Pros:

The location is strategic. That's it! Nothing else!

Cons:

Firstly, the cup saucers were obviously not cleaned as there were still coffee stains. I had to go down to the nearest convenience store to buy a dishwashing liquid and sponge so I can clean them myself. Secondly, the trash bin still have garbage in it. I remember vividly there was a mini towel in it. Thirdly, the bed have strands of hairs. It was dusty. Moreover, the water heater was defective. The knob for heating was configured for the cold water. So, it seems to be interchanged. The knob was not properly secured or fitted as it fell too the first time I used it, and I needed to put it back securely. The breakfast was also disappointing. The chicken has an ugly after taste. If it wasn't thawed properly, it was probably an old stock that we didn't consume it all. My wife even had a bad tummy after eating some parts of the chicken. In the evening on the day of our arrival, I ordered and paid separately for an english breakfast. This was on top of the 2 free breakfast meals. Only to be notified in the morning that it's not available. That meal was supposed to be my kid's meal. I was initially offered the chicken meal as a replacement. Good thing I didn't accept it since it has an ugly taste, and opted for the luncheon meat instead. Lastly, I was initially informed by the front desk that there's coffee included for each meal, but they didn't serve it proactively. I had to ask and remind the staff. Not a pleasant experience for a "4 star hotel" which costs 2,600 a night if you'll be paying the regular rate! At booking.com I had to pay more than 2,400! Still not worth the price and value!

Great hotel for a stop over after a long travel day
Pros:

This was a quick stopover on our way back to Manila. It was easy to reach and had a few good options for food nearby. The beds and pillow were comfortable. The staff were kind. The breakfast comes to your room in the morning so just FYI if you prefer to eat at a table.

Great Place to Stay (literally for sleeping and rest)
Pros:

Near Pangasinan church, coming from Baguio. Spacious parking lot, and helpful staff. Water heater works, mineral water is also accessible in every floor. It was great that they also allow pets.

Cons:

Hoping for a wider variety of breakfast choices. No Netflix/Youtube and a bit difficult to use screenshare from phone to tv
