I did not even get the bill.

The property is a FRAUD. Photos provided are deceptive. CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES are regular. The property must be reported to the "Government Hotel Regulations Authority" at the EARLIEST. A thorough POLICE Inspection is highly recommended.

Booking.com must delist and report this property as soon as possible.

Lack of Non-smoking rooms, areas, Found drunk people roaming around...

Unclean room, toilet had no working geyser and water was also having bird feathers / insects from the tap - Totally not worth the stay here. Unclean sofa/bed , probably the sheets are not washed for many months now.There is a wine shop downstairs and evenings are filled with lot of drinkers, not safe for families.

Dust on walls, fan, cupboard, sofa was dirty. Bed and floor was very dusty. They didn't cleaned it even after saying. Bathroom was also small and dirty. Clearly they didn't wanted to give room to unmarried couples.

I stayed at Hotel Prime Stay in Rau, Indore for 2 nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the problems started.

First off, the staff was incredibly rude. They acted like they couldn't care less about anything I asked. No greeting, no courtesy, just an attitude that made me feel unwelcome.

When I booked the room, there was an option that included breakfast, which seemed like a nice perk. But upon arrival, I found out there was no breakfast option at all! When I went to cancel that package, the staff became even more rude, as if I was bothering them. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The hotel itself was filthy. The gallery outside our room was disgusting – covered in dirt and litter, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The room wasn’t much better. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting, with stains all over the place, and it didn’t even seem like it had been cleaned before we checked in. To make matters worse, despite requesting cleaning more than twice over the course of two days, no one ever came to clean the room until I had to remind them again. Hygiene was clearly not a priority here.

There was also an issue with water. I had to ask the staff for water twice, and each time, they made excuses and delayed the request. After several follow-ups, the water finally arrived, but only after considerable effort on my part.

To top it off, there was a beer bar located directly beneath the hotel, making the entire place feel noisy and uncomfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other places in Indore that value cleanliness, honesty, and customer service. This place is a total disaster!
