Pros:

There was a booking confirmation confusion. We could book a room but the hotel was full.
After talks with the manager we got a room and were handled as family.
Charming place with charming people and astonishing view.

Highly recommended.

Cons:

Booking confirmation not valid initially. Make a phone call to make sure that the hotel is not overbooked.
