La habitación muy cómoda y con todos los detalles.
Cameron and Lincoln were helpful and communicative. They weren't able to be there the first night we checked in but made it so check in was seamless. It's close to Main Street in Tobermory - about a 12 minute walk uphill from the bus stop and restaurants. Room was clean and cozy.
EDITED REVIEW (after property contacted me 2 times to change it): Be advised, it is a single (cozy/small) room in someone's flat. In the accommodation, there's no shared space for reading a book, playing cards, etc. You just have access to the small room & the shared bathroom. It ended up being fine because we weren't at the flat much at all, but if our stay had been longer, it would have been tough to feel cooped up in the small room. For the price, I thought it wasn't a match for the value. SEE BELOW FOR COMMENT ON DRIVING VS BEING ON FOOT

We are quite taken aback by your review. Nowhere do we advertise being a guest-house. We have always advertised as “Cosy Guest ROOM”. We are explicit about this on the booking.com profile and the very first message you receive from us when the booking is confirmed explains this. We also remind you of this in the check-in message. If you had read the profile and our messages, how could you possibly think we were a guest house?
It is deeply unfair that we should be penalised in this way and I will be taking up the matter with Booking.com.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: The name of "guesthouse" was really misleading. I had read the description before booking, but didn't understand that it's a single (cozy/small) room in someone's flat. So in the accommodation, there's no shared space for reading a book, playing cards, etc. You just have access to the small room and the shared bathroom. Given the name "guesthouse" I thought it was a room in a house with other rented rooms, a shared bathroom and common space. It ended up being fine because we weren't at the flat much at all, but if our stay had been longer, it would have been tough to feel cooped up in the small room. For the price, I thought it wasn't a match for the value.
Super friendly and welcoming hosts! Room is good - bed is comfy and not too soft. Kettle, tea and coffee as well as towels and hair dryer provided. Walking distance to Tobermory main street with shops and restaurants etc.

The room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated; it was also in a quiet location close to downtown.
The hosts were especially welcoming, kind, and accommodating. They took time to talk to us and recommended local highlights and restaurants.
It was lovely to make a connection with these two local gems. They went above and beyond, including helping us obtain transportation when we had car trouble.

The property was conveniently located in Tobermory, up the hill from town; it was walkable. The room is nicely decorated and the hosts, Cameron and Lincoln, were wonderful.
The room was a bit tight for luggage with the king size bed, but workable.

The room was amazing.
If I am being honest. I was alittle apprehensive about the shared bathroom. (Only because I didn’t know what to expect) but wow.
It was so so good. We loved it and the hosts were amazing. I would def book again when we come up.

The room is located in Cameron and Lincoln's flat, who are very friendly hosts! They took time to talk to us and recommended a few pubs/restaurants and walks. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this place!

Lovely hosts, clean facilities in beautiful area but the room is a little bijou for our needs.
Size of bedroom. Manageable but would have Prefered more space. We’ve paid less and been offered a breakfast in other areas

I liked how clean the room was, the bed was really comfy also. Cupboard space for putting luggage also. Nice welcome package was a nice touch.
Wasn't too happy with no lock on the door, made me feel abit uncomfortable.
No tele in the room either but personal preference.

The hosts went above and beyond to assist us in finding transport when we were without option. Absolutely no complaints what so ever. Room was amazing, location good for the area, no disturbances and great facilities. Cannot reccomend this stay enough.
Less a complaint more a constructive comment, possible need for feminine products e.g. bathwash or sanitary items.
Great place, super clean and comfy and warm. Cameron and Lincoln were really friendly and on hand if we needed anything. Perfect spot to explore North Mull from and warm up in when you’re done!
