Very bad stay. Very high rate. Not at all happy. Never stay there in future.
Cons:

Very poor house keeping. Very old bedsheets stitched several spots, mosquitos desturbed and could not sleep. Only AC and lift very good. After requesting to front office to help us tuning for malayalam channels in tv no one came till check out for that purpose. Only premium in vedeos of booking. Com. Property is very old in all aspects. No water heater. Only an old bath towel. Cleanliness of toilet, wash floor very poor. Not at all well maitained. So many resorts give premium conveniences for 2000 rupees. But stay bella very bad. I wont recomment any one to stay in stay bella. We trust booking. Com and so we book. You must just check some so called premium rooms once before you register them in ur app. Thank you.

Excellent location
Pros:

Breakfast was good though options were limited, but good.

Cons:

There were mosquitoes inside the room, which is pathetic, you need to ensure proper treatment to avoid mosquitoes inside the room.

the suite was spacious

Cons:

had cigarette smell in the whole room when opened.sheets were not tidy enough.customer service was not so pleasant.not so friendly with the customers.usage marks everywhere in the room

Alternate check in - check out timings like 6.00AM 6.00 AM
7.00 AM 7.00 AM etc. can be beneficial for those who are coming in the morning and vacating the next day morning.
