ベッドの寝心地が良かった。
Pros:

思ってた以上に綺麗だった。

Cons:

電子レンジとか物にほこりがあった。多分今までの宿泊者も使ってないんだなと思った。

Unclean but otherwise fine.
Pros:

Decent location, decent sized apartment.

Cons:

9000円 cleaning fee but the rubbish from the previous guest hadn't been taken out and the bathroom had not been cleaned!!!

水回りが気になった
Pros:

ダイニングルームがあったのはよかった。

Cons:

時計の時刻が不正確だった。
お風呂、洗面器に黒カビが生えていた。
奥川のトイレから下水臭がしていた。
ソファベッドが凹んでいて腰を痛めて寝にくかった。

この施設はもちろん、Booking.comもこのブレイクアウトとかいう会社も二度と関わりたくない。

高すぎる。清掃に9,300円と宿泊費より高い金額を取られる。しかも表記がわかりづらく、大きく表示されてるのは宿泊費のみ。

一般ホテルとの違いとして、台所用品、洗濯機があるため、長期滞在に向いていること。

エアコンで部屋が凄く乾燥する。
設備の説明書が実際と異なる。
電池切れで非常灯が点かない。
チェックインに自撮り写真を求められ不快。
部屋が写真イメージより狭い。
風呂は足を伸ばして入れない。
風呂に椅子が無い。
消毒液臭い。

The location was fine. Close to the park. A nice coffee shop nearby.

Cons:

To sum up the experience: bad vibes. Everything about the stay was weird and uncomfortable. I had to take selfies to check in, there was no key, just door codes and literally every piece of text had some kind of veiled threat in there. Clean your dishes or get fined. Report things immediately or get fined. Eat food that has a strong smell and get fined. Literally threats everywhere. It's impossible to really relax when you're constantly worried about doing something wrong. Even the communication was so negative. "Be out of the place at 10. Even if you're in the house. We'll come in and start cleaning regardless of whether you're in there or not.' I understand the rules of course, but it's all so grim and very much opposite to having a holiday. I won't stay here again. Bad, bad vibes.

Overall, it was an adequate stay for our family.
Pros:

The location, next to the park, was ideal! We came in the winter and enjoyed a snowy wonderland in the park across from the hotel. The size of the room was sufficient for our family of four! Having a small kitchen to prepare breakfast was a bonus.

Cons:

The pillows were terrible!
