The cleaning crew went into both rooms and stole personal items from us!! we contacted the hotel manager, and it has been now four days and still waiting to hear back from them!

The location was very good and the stuff was very patient and welcoming

Cons:

1. We were told that we had been upgraded, but it turned out to be an accessible room, which we didn't need. It actually made our stay less comfortable and didn't suit our needs. Its a bit weird to "buy us" with this "upgrade"

2. The room "view" was just a window facing almost directly into a wall, which was very disappointing.
